The track is excellent, located on 2 floors of the parking lot, we arrived on Saturday at 12:30, there was no queue! The staff was polite, everything was explained, in case of unforeseen circumstances on the highway (stalled, the cart rested firmly on the bump, etc.) they acted quickly. Let's come back here.

Positive:
- a very interesting track.
- inexpensive.
- the time of all karts for all laps on a separate sheet for each participant after arrival.
Minuses:
- there are no seat belts on go-karts and the seats are very hard. The girl suffered a bruised coccyx in the collision and now it is difficult for her to sit for a month. Minimal straps are very desirable.
- there is no online booking, and if you come on a first-come, first-served basis, it may turn out that the next check-in is in 3-4 hours.
- smelly sweat suits.

A very contradictory feeling after arrival. There were 12 people in the company.
It's okay. The costumes, the track, the "cars" themselves. BUT, the biggest shock is the instructor. It's a tinny thing, their communication and attitude towards visitors is just terrible. I have not seen such a boorish attitude and communication for a long time. The desire to ride and come there again was completely discouraged.
The only adequate person was the guy who conducted the briefing (in a pink bike).
The administrator communicated brazenly.
The guys who were with us on the set were rude and communicated in an always "annoying" tone.

Strictly my opinion. I visited this karting on average 1-2 times a year. This year I got on an updated track:(. There are no clear lines, only zigzags, the lower level has become very boring
+ I got a rolled-up cart that didn't go at all compared to the others. My impressions this year are just completely let down

But with emotions and the general impression of the staff, the situation is different. Apart from the dissatisfaction of the instructors, there was nothing. After a collision with another card, she stood for more than half of the entire session. No one came up to move it, moreover, at the end of the session, when one of the employees still deigned, he also pompously stated that this was not my control zone at all and I did not have to go here. Good track, interesting races, polite enough staff, good waiting area, liked by children and adults… BUT you will understand all these charms only after you go through an extremely incomprehensible check-in booking procedure. You cannot order by phone, you cannot book with a personal visit in advance (at least one day in advance), you cannot, there is a live queue, or you need to arrive one hour in advance, make an appointment and hope that there will be a place. This is incredibly disturbing and spoils the impression.

We tried to get in several times, the first time everything was booked, the second time they called, we were informed that they were on a first-come, first-served basis, and it turned out that the recording was scheduled until 21 pm. The third time they called and clarified whether it was scheduled this time, they told us to come and find out, insisted nevertheless to provide at least information on the download, clarified how the payment would take place, informed us that we had a certificate, as a result we received an answer that the whole evening was already booked... I didn't want to make any more attempts.

I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE!!The track itself is top, but there are many disadvantages.First, mend your clothes! The receptionist is a friendly girl, which cannot be said about the instructors who rush around the track on karting. The clothes leave much to be desired, they only give out disposable hats under the helmet. I'm not talking about gloves at all, it's just terrible. After I put it on, I had a desire to take it off as soon as possible. At the end of the check-in
I asked the receptionist where the toilet was to wash my hands. There was no toilet. It was disgusting and disgusted. The receptionist's girlfriend is quite friendly, answers all questions, there are no complaints about her.

It was worth crashing into the fence once (I warn you for newbies, it is soft, safe, provided specifically for cases if I lost control). The instructor drove up to me and said, "you'll crash again, I'll take you off the track"
And tell me how to react to such a person who decided to try himself in this business for the first time at all. We initially took two arrivals. On the second race there was no mood from the word at all
Advise ? No. Choose a different route and a different organization. You will fall under the hot hand of the "INSTRUCTOR" and you will be removed from the track calmly

I do not advise you to take certificates for a large number of races here. I'm trying to get on the certificate. I call - they say there is no recording for sessions, on a first-come, first-served basis. OK, I'm coming on a first-come, first-served basis in a couple of hours - they're all busy with corporate events. That is, they do not regulate the queue in any way, they even told you to come, but they did not say that everything was busy)))) getting in is a huge problem, and the certificate does not have an infinite period.

The staff is very good. They will tell you everything, they will teach you. There is also a printout of the races and a route map. It is possible to choose a jumpsuit for any height. They give you a helmet and gloves. If you drove into a bump or turned around, you won't have to wait long for you to be "pushed out", the instructor is coming with you. As a way to have a good and useful time - 11/10.

Excellent activity, which was visited by the whole family, was liked by everyone from a child of 12 years old to adults of 44 years old. It's a very exciting time to spend! I was not the first on this track, 3 times, I really like the two-level nature of this track, which definitely gives it uniqueness, but there is nothing to compare it with, I did not go to others. One of the advantages is that it is close to home, but it is a pity that it is impossible to record everything in advance purely on a first-come, first-served basis.

And so. The only advantage is the track. And that's it. The cons start at the main entrance. The walls are all cracked, as if you're walking into some kind of basement of an abandoned warehouse. ,but there is a sign (on A4 paper ) CASH REGISTER.
You open the metal door and watch. In this room, people change clothes, pay for the order, wait, instruct. All in one room. You approach the cashier and he issues a form where you can specify initials and sign (you can specify any initials, they do not check so you can remain anonymous). Last time I visited another go-kart and at the checkout we breathed into a tube (breathalyzer) and were given to choose the go-kart itself and its number, model, by ourselves, but there is no such function here. Yes, I almost missed it, the overalls are all darned, sweaty, because after arrival the jumpsuit is removed and immediately hung up to all the others.
The staff who conducts the initial briefing is always dissatisfied and aggressive, trying to show with all their appearance how tired they are of doing their job.
So you passed the briefing and they put on your helmet and snapped it on. And you are happy to go to your swallow and what are you watching? And you observe that your swallow has clearly turned into a pigeon without feathers. There's a cord sticking out of the tires. The 2-stroke engine is running at its limit. There are no seat belts.
The check-in begins.
The mechanic watches with interest into his phone and sometimes glances around, probably wondering how he refused here. If you crash into a bump, then of course they will help you, but if you are eating for the first time on a go-kart, then obviously you will crash into a bump more than once. And then the staff will start snapping at you. On the 2nd time, he also pushed me, but on the 3rd time I waited for help for 40 seconds, at the same time, the mechanic noticed that I was stuck, but he pretended that this did not happen, I took my foot off the gas pedal, and then the instructor drove up and started yelling at me. They said that he was yelling at me because he was taking care of my safety (he drives without a helmet himself)
My back hurts all over after the race, there were bruises on my back, if there were seat belts, then my back would have remained intact, as it was wobbling from side to side.
When discussing the problems, of course, they said that everything was for safety, etc.
That they scream because it's hard to hear on the highway, but they can't be rude because all the good guys are cute. They start arguing with you using clever words whose meanings they don't know

I don't leave reviews at all, but today's visit to karting made me do it. After reading the reviews of others, I realized that the situation that happened had already happened.
To the situation itself: at the race in our company there were people who, as far as I understood, are not riding for the first time, amateurs, so to speak, or training. After the briefing by the karting staff, where it was clearly said that it was necessary to RESPECT the participants of the race and go so as not to hit each other, but to overtake in order, once again, to show respect, some participants of the race, for reasons I do not understand, simply ignored it. If you accidentally push a go-kart in front a couple of times, then I have no questions about this, but when they push at every turn, or just on the track, and intentionally, then I have a lot of questions for these people who come to train for several or more races a day. If you don't listen and don't hear what they tell you at the briefing, why do you come to the races and spoil people's mood and discourage the desire to come back here again and again? Other people come in addition to you, you don't need to think that you are alone here. Your repeated visits should exclude such situations.
And there are a lot of questions to the employees of the karting itself, why employees do not control these moments, come to the track in completely different situations. To prevent this from happening in the future, it is worth thinking about the distinction between the arrivals of those who come to train and those who are for the first or second time. This service and behavior leave much to be desired.
Bottom line: the mood is spoiled, we are unlikely to return to karting again.

I would like to put 5, but I can't because of one reason - the track coverage. It is completely paved with paving slabs, which negatively affects the subsequent traction. In bad weather, everything becomes as slippery as possible. From this, the buzz is lost and the excitement of driving disappears. Apparently, for an amateur. Otherwise, there are only advantages: cheap, high-quality, pleasant staff. For comparison and experience, I recommend it.
