The hotel used to be 5*, now it is 3+*. The rooms are spacious, there is a refrigerator, a kettle. They took it with breakfast, very decent. There were always hot dishes, sweets, and fruits. In addition to eggs, sandwiches, muesli/yoghurts. The staff is polite. What was very disappointing was the cleaning. She basically didn't exist. Only towels were changed, and that was in 12 days. And they changed it strangely, then they don't change it at all, then they will bring 2 new ones, leave the dirty ones, then they will take everything away and change everything. Some kind of lottery..

It was my first time in a Thai hotel. I chose it very carefully. I liked the hotel visually and the view from all the rooms. All but not all. There were four of us, we needed 2 rooms. One was given in the topmost building, the other in the lowest. Although they asked for it nearby. They were not afraid of climbing. But he's really cool. On our arrival, we were driven by a car that did not go upstairs in wet rainy weather, and it rained often))
The rooms are quite old, the towels were often very washed and thin. The air conditioners are really noisy. We slept in earplugs.
And sooo good audibility between the rooms. Laughter, moments of intimacy, etc. are very clearly audible.
Of the advantages: delicious breakfasts, small but still there was a variety.

It takes 10-15 minutes to walk down to the sea. There are many cafes and restaurants along the way.
At first we went to a more presentable one with touts. But then we found two delicious cafes that looked simple.
One of them is when you go to the sea and turn near the entrance to the temple (opposite) to the right, already to the sea, there is a cafe at this turn. They cook in front of you. Very tasty

This is a great hotel. On the mountain, 100 steps or more, far from the sea, but quiet, lots of greenery, an excellent pool with a view of the whole Karon, the sea and the big Buddha. Yes, the hotel is not new, but everything is built thoroughly, clean, well maintained. The breakfasts are excellent. We'd like to come back again! I recommend it to married couples. Sunset views of the cannon bomb!

The hotel is awesome! You can hang out in the instorgam pool, and there is also a great place to hang out with friends in the lobby. A car drives to the houses from the reception, as well as they take you to the beach for an hour for free. The kitchen is good, the staff is sociable, cheerful and ready to help at any time of the day 🔥

Well, I will share my opinion about this hotel. I was in it for the first time in 2017 and, as they say, there is something to compare it with). We returned from vacation a couple of days ago, flew through a travelata. We will omit the long flight at 23 hours there and 23 hours back), we chose a tour without a transfer and did not regret it, because the Kiwi taxi service not only fitted us with comfortable chaises, but the drivers were no less Schumacher brothers). The hotel welcomed us cordially, but they cheated on the room, gave us separate beds, and this despite the fresh marriage certificate!!! Candles with aromoslones and sets with toothpastes have stopped being placed in the room. The main disappointment was the broken elevator (but despite the difficulties, we started looking for advantages, and there are a lot of them, one of them is Chang beer! We reveled in it to make it easier to go to the room, because only after Chang does the autopilot turn on. He helped us to move 7 days and nights of funerals in the main temple near the hotel and it was he who helped not only to climb, but also to descend from the Big Buddha. The breakfasts are ordinary, but not like before, wine is no longer offered, and everything has become more modest. The waterfall near the dining room has also disappeared. Further more… To endure all the hardships and hardships of rest, we started drinking Chang in two throats, and I must say life began to improve! The elevator was partially repaired in a wonderful way, and began to travel from the 2nd to the 4th floor, and the room was changed to us, but a new one was given instead of a bed, a trahodrom squeaky like an old grandmother! But after Chang, it didn't matter anymore.… By the way, the rooftop pool really saved us, despite the fact that we swam there exclusively with African Americans and Chinese. The only thing that upset me was that when I checked out, I forgot the phone charger and a massage face mask in the room (In general, the hotel is clearly tired for 7 years and needs repair, so the feelings are contradictory, but I give it a solid three! the hotel as a whole is very good, for a solid 4. The breakfasts are modest, but always good fruits: melons, pineapples, watermelon, papaya. The temple is 7 minutes away at a regular pace. Another 6-7 minutes and you will be at the circle in front of the sea. In general, it's close, but it's not very hot to walk. There is a shuttle service to the sea from the hotel every hour. The hotel itself is on a steep mountain. We lived on the second level, it's normal. There is a swimming pool on the third level, 80 steps from the second level to it. But the view...Just gorgeous! The first pool where I wanted to stay and even swim. The hotel is quiet and has a Thai atmosphere, as it is an old building. This is both a plus and a minus, since something may break in the room. The air conditioner tried to do this for us. The staff reacted immediately and fixed everything. So there was no inconvenience with this. In general, the price corresponds to the quality. The hotel is not expensive, so it is not logical to demand an ideal😄

Great location, great view from the rooms, air conditioning, swimming pool, spa and gym are available everywhere. If you live on the upper level, you will not have to walk up the steps, you will be taken to your room, most importantly after long walks around the city! Delicious food and wonderful helpful staff. Great hotel. We were afraid of the location , because of the elevation , but this moment is only good for health . Excellent hospitality, clean , neat, delicious. The deposit was not taken , although the amount of $ 100 is indicated on all sites . The food is excellent , the girls at the reception will do everything to make the dialogue constructive , the ocean is 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by electric car from the hotel . The hotel is surrounded by greenery .

I just got back from a trip yesterday. We stayed at this hotel . A lovely hotel, although there are a couple of points. It is located on a hill and this is its plus, but for someone it is a minus. The view is amazing. Quietly. Video of the sea and mountains from any room. The rooms are large, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Shower gel, shampoo, cotton swabs (no toothbrushes) . Balcony with table and chairs. On the balcony there are devices for drying clothes. As you can see in the photo, the buildings of the hotel are on different levels. We lived on the 3rd level. The stairs to the ascent are very steep.There is a funicular, but it did not work, apparently under repair. The sports carach is lifted up.(But in the rain and after the rain may not work). In general, if you are with young children or have some difficulties with walking up stairs, then think well. It didn't bother us at all. We were even glad that we had to walk to the hotel from the sea (by the way, 15-20 minutes at a calm pace, looking at everything around) . And we liked our hotel more and more every day. On the second level there is a view pool at the bar. The staff, well, very kind and smiling. Any request is resolved instantly . The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. Well, they are sooo monotonous. For 10 days, only the potato dish changed))) there was nothing to diversify them themselves. Although we bought ourselves avocados once to the eggs that are always there)))). The coffee is delicious. Toasts, jams. Rice and noodles are always there too. Sausages and ham, one kind of cheese. Greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper. Muesli. (A friend asked for hot water and made porridge out of them)))). And another moment. It wouldn't be bad to update the towels. Less than 10 days, we only came across new towels once. The rest of the days are very old and worn out . BUT. Despite these two drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel. And I am grateful to all the hotel staff. I wish you all the best.

Rooftop pool, pool bar, friendly staff, clean well, rooms are quiet, a little old, but nice! Bathroom + shower room. The minus is the old air conditioners, which are without a remote control and work in the same mode, freeze everything, but make noise like an airplane, which is tolerable in principle, but it would be worth changing! The breakfast is not bad, but to order a cup of coffee, the price is like in Moscow in a coffee shop, but the quality is not the same, of course! Therefore, take it only for breakfast, although you can do it without! It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, which is good, there is a shuttle every hour, but in one direction. Back on foot and a little uphill.

I really liked the hotel. It is far from the beach, but there is a shuttle service and it was even cool to ride these shaitanmobiles. The territory is clean, well-groomed, the views from the room are indescribable. On one side is the jungle, on the other side is the sea, as well as the view of the night island and even the Buddha statue is visible. I recommend the hotel. You can't think of a better way to have a relaxing family holiday. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, to the main street with the hustle, bustle, wounds, etc., about five minutes on foot. The rooms are spacious, cleaning is done every day. I liked the breakfasts, as everywhere they do not differ in particular abundance, but there is always something to eat.

We had a rest in April 2023, we really liked the hotel, geographically on the mountain, the view is simply unreal, I especially liked seeing off the sunset in the pool. There is a shuttle service to the beach and back, but we are a young couple and we almost always walked, there are also golf carts on site that are ready to take you and pick you up from your room at any time. The staff is very polite, always smiling and ready to help. We had only breakfasts, omelets, sausages, porridges, fruits, etc. everything was in abundance. We took a room with a Jacuzzi, I will not say that everything in the room is new, but it was always clean, air conditioning and everything you need works without problems. I was satisfied with the rest and the hotel!

We rested here with my husband. I liked everything without exception. It's a very beautiful area, like an oasis in bustling Thailand. Friendly, caring staff. Transfer around the hotel and to the beach. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every morning. The food is delicious, the chef took into account all our wishes. The breakfasts are varied. The insects didn't bother at all. The balcony overlooking the sea is a fairy tale. We are very satisfied!

Once upon a time, before the pandemic, it was probably the best hotel in its segment on Karon. Now I'm a little "shaken up".
But, nevertheless. A great location to relax. At the same time, the party is a 15-minute walk away. Excellent well-trained staff. Cozy rooms in which, even being on the balcony, you don't see the neighbors, but they see you. Quite a decent breakfast. I recommend it!

We arrived on April 17th. It is unbearably hot to sleep, the air conditioner does not help. This is the main disadvantage.
The room is not cleaned for a day, there is no water to drink.
There are waves on the beach, few people try to swim, because due to strong waves it is dangerous and swells every 5 seconds.
The toilet on the beach is paid, sun beds too.
The breakfasts are tasteless.
This hotel is rated at 3 stars.
