I never had a desire to get acquainted with this brand and it was not worth starting.
We needed inexpensive running shoes that could perform their function at least during the season.
The price, of course, was suspiciously low, about 60 bel. rub., but nevertheless the choice was made (although an inner voice suggested that it was not necessary)
They were in the store with a child who was constantly distracted by different views, as a result of which the spouse went to the checkout with a simple question, what is the warranty period?
Having received an unambiguous answer that the period is 90 days (without any clarifications), they calmly left the store with the confidence that in case of any incident, it will always be possible to return the goods.
Of course, part of the blame lies with ourselves that we did not study the accompanying documents for the product, in which ATTENTION is specified for the period of 30 days for the upper material, and 90 days for the sole.
Chinese consumer goods did not perform a miracle and within 2 weeks from the beginning of operation, cracking occurred at the bend of the foot.
The certain remoteness of the store and the confidence that there is time in reserve led to a visit to the store after 30 days. And LO and BEHOLD, cashiers who deliberately mislead immediately turn into malicious lawyers waving the cherished spine, in which it is written in black and white about the 30/90 scheme
As a result of the bickering of the parties, the act, the examination, the refusal and the birth of this derogatory review. Of course, it would be possible to bother with an official claim, independent expertise, etc., but because of 50 rubles there is no desire to waste your time (most likely the company has a calculation for that)
As stated at the beginning, there was no faith in the product of this "Chinese" retail + everything is aggravated by deliberate misrepresentation, which leads to the conclusion that there will be no more relationship with this brand of "high standards of quality and service".

The quality of the shoes is sometimes just shocking, it feels like some of the examples were vilified and returned to the store, the prices are quite high if we consider the collections from Pierro
