We stayed until 22:00, selected the product and came to the cashier, to which the only employee said that she would not serve us, because it was already 22:02 and she had long closed the cashier. To our outrage that they were obliged to serve the customers who were in the room, she replied that no one was there. Please take action in this situation.

The quality of the shoes is just terrible. The sole came off in the sneakers, I gave it under warranty, the store said that they would give it for inspection. a week later, I came to collect the money and they gave me the sneakers and said the defects were formed as a result of violation of operating conditions. What kind of nonsense is this? Shoes were worn for 1.5 months. Why give a 180-day warranty? And I don't understand what fits under the warranty. They come up with special excuses not to return the money. I do not recommend the Kari store to anyone
When paying at the checkout, I asked an employee to serve me without advertising (information about promotions, bonus cards and the rest). My wish was not taken into account. To make a payment and receive a check, I needed to listen to a monologue of information that was irrelevant to me. When I was asked to give me the check, I was told in response that it was not supposed to be like this. And the buyer can receive the receipt along with flyers, cards and other things. An employee standing next to us intervened in our dialogue and advised us "not to get hysterical", "take the whole stack of papers and not delay the queue."
I will add one star for good service a few days earlier: the responsive staff were very diligently looking for a pair of shoes they liked. It was noticeable that they were interested in helping the buyer.
After two purchases, I will never go to this store! I bought closed shoes in the store, and they paint, all the legs are black, only hosiery of the same color can save in this situation. In July, I bought sandals in the same store, which unfortunately also paint my feet, only already in red, you can't wear socks in sandals. I brought this product to the store, the seller wiped the shoes with a wet cloth in front of me, which was stained, they took the "tipo" for examination. A week later, I received a call from the store and announced the verdict: "You have been refused a refund, because staining is not a defect and is the norm, come and pick up your shoes.
