It was even noticed that even the prices of services according to the price list turned out to be more expensive in 2021 than in 2022. But the last straw of patience was the date 02/01/25 (many thanks to the employee with a bald head and big ears, which need to be screwed up properly). This employee told me the price for a 450-ruble crosspiece , which costs 220 rubles on another service .
And it also turned out that the crosspiece (price 200r. according to the price in 2024), which this (Big-eared) employee supplied to me as an INA company, turned out to be not an INA at all. I wish all the employees of this service to have all the negativity returned 10-fold!!!

Here you will not be offered to simply pull one of them stupidly before removing the gimbal, maybe it does not need to be removed at all. The crosspiece will be put on it is unknown what kind and generally without discussion with you, and 120p is less than the cost of the original, and more than the cost of the most expensive substitute. Maybe it seemed to me personally, but the manager at the reception should categorically reconsider his approach to communicating with clients. I haven't seen such a dismissive attitude in a very long time.
