We ordered 2 cakes. There is information on the website that you can order by photo. The first cake was made more or less normally. And the filling is delicious and the cake is not dry. The price is also passable. And somehow there is more trust in the state trade organization in terms of sanitation than in a private owner who has production in an apartment.

As a result, we got a round, dry, with a huge amount of cream on the sides, and even with flowers. They finished it off completely!
When placing an order in the store, everything was agreed. But after all, it was possible to call and clarify the appearance of the cake, and not to sculpt the usual extras. Flowers do not fit into the theme at all. It was possible to decorate with chocolate elements. Half the weight of the cake is a cream souffle, which immediately went into the trash.
I think it was possible to refuse. But there was no time for disassembly in the store, and nerves are more expensive.
The impressions were very negative.

The service is disgusting. They asked the seller to cut a piece from the pie, she refused, said that she had it cut off in a whole piece. As a result, she accused us of being difficult buyers. She was nervous and in no mood. Management should work with its employees.

I really love their products: everything is fresh and delicious. I'm taking away the star for the poor work of the cafeteria. Always with problems: they can't punch a check, then there is no seller, then you can't buy coffee or tea - it's broken, you see. And you want to take something, but it doesn't work. At best, take a cake and get out of here. They've already stopped coming in.
