Nothing special. Dishes are a bit over salted and quite overpriced. One plate of the Soup price is around 80000 sum. Chicken kebab - 70000, which is too much for 1 dish from my perspective.
Great food.
It is expensive.
Perfect place for business lunch or dinner.
Interior is a mixture of local and soviet designs.
Service needs improvement, such an attitude of doing a huge favor, despite the fact of hefty service charge in the bill.
## The caravan is a gourmet paradise! 🤤
I recently visited the Karavan restaurant, and it was a real gastronomic journey! Every detail, from the exquisite interior to the impeccable service, spoke of the highest level of this institution.
But the most important thing is, of course, the food. I tried several dishes, and each of them was a masterpiece! From the juicy kebab that melted in your mouth to the most delicate pilaf cooked according to a traditional Uzbek recipe, everything was incredibly delicious! I am sure that this is the most delicious food that I have ever tasted in Tashkent!
I would like to say a special thank you to the chefs for their talent and skill. The atmosphere in the restaurant is conducive to pleasant communication and creates a feeling of a real holiday. 🎉
Karavan is not just a restaurant, it is a real gastronomic pearl of Tashkent. I recommend it to all lovers of delicious food and vivid impressions! ❤
A very pleasant courtyard. Meat samsa is super, because it is big and with a good filling without excess fat. It's worth working on the taste of the tinctures. A little unstable service: sometimes you come and you melt away from the hospitality. And next time, the service may turn out to be spartan and disorganized. The place is, of course, a tourist destination, but this does not spoil it.
A good authentic atmosphere, lovers of antique antiques and interiors will come in, and lovers of newer and more modern premises may not understand, in the style of old Georgian establishments. Pleasant staff, the dishes were also pleased, the facade is not inviting from the outside, it is not clear what awaits the visitor inside. It's very atmospheric in the evening)
An excellent restaurant, a very successful combination of modernity and national life. The menu is varied, for every taste and budget. The interior is pleasantly unobtrusive, there are many tables for different numbers of seats. Two floors, an open veranda. The dishes are prepared quickly and served by the waiters at lightning speed - hot dishes are served hot! cold - cold! Live music in the evenings and it is very comfortable for everyone, regardless of nationality and gender. Recommend 👍
Tourist. From the point of view that the portion size is not in the traditions of Uzbekistan, the cuisine is not outstanding, but the price is the opposite. But! Excellent, cozy courtyard, excellent staff, incredibly extensive menu. So if you have a short visit to the city, you want to walk through Uzbek cuisine and there is no shortage of money, then this will be an excellent choice.
After a long family vacation in Tashkent, we spent a couple of days exploring various places through the app to choose an interesting place for dinner. The Caravan restaurant attracted our attention with its advertising, as well as a statement about its belonging to the TOP 10 best restaurants in the CIS. After reviewing the positive reviews on the page, we decided to visit it.
At the entrance, we were offered a place at the entrance, but we preferred to stay on the terrace of the second floor. We carefully studied the menu, made an order and enjoyed the interior of the establishment, which was thoughtful, cozy and beautiful, with elements of national style such as threaded doors and columns.
We also noticed a wall of distinguished guests from various celebrities in the restaurant.
Of the dishes and drinks we ordered, I liked the local Sarbast beer the most. However, the mantas we ordered turned out to be small and not particularly impressive in taste. The lamb meat in the Choponcha dish was over-dried, and the potatoes were bland, and the portion was small. Shakarob salad turned out to be too similar to Achichuk, but without the sharpness.
After discussing our impressions of the dishes, we came to the conclusion that the kitchen did not meet our expectations. After paying the bill, we decided to go to the nearest store for Sarbastom and return home to enjoy somsa from Minor Somsa. In general, the interior of the place was excellent, the service was average, but you should not expect anything special from the kitchen.
An entourage place, a watermill, antiques and a vine overhead. The weather allowed-we sat down outside. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is delicious, the serving is beautiful. The prices are reasonable.
It's a great place! Just a delight! Delicious cuisine, colorful interior and excellent service. A must-visit place in Tashkent. Yes, and the prices are adequate. You won't regret it.
Very tasty! Pleasant and friendly staff!! The establishments have been open for many years, I remember we came many years ago, but when I come to Tashkent, I always want to visit the Caravan again and again))) they have been doing well for so many years , they have kept the brand 😉 special thanks for the live music 😇
Uzbek cuisine and authentic interior! I liked it, pilaf, lagman, shurpa. Everything is polite and, most importantly, fast! I recommend this place to lovers of Oriental cuisine and atmosphere!
Amazing atmosphere, delicious national food, pleasant wine, we spent an unforgettable evening here! Thank you very much to the waiter Vladimir for his attentiveness and care 😌🥰
Pleasant atmosphere, live music. The service is excellent.
I liked the kitchen, everything is delicious.
Prices are slightly above the city average. I consider it a must-visit place for tourists.
A beautiful restaurant on a fairly quiet street. We were there on Friday evening. Live music. An empty table was found quickly. The expectation of orders is average. The meat is delicious, but the portion of shish kebab or lula is small. The bill for two is just over 50 dollars
We were lucky and got to the restaurant without prior reservation! We were served quickly, everything was very tasty! I liked the fact that there are large tables where you do not need to crowd and fit plates and glasses! The atmosphere was wonderful - there was live music, a lot of national paraphernalia! The restaurant was visited by famous people - there are photos with them on the walls
An insanely atmospheric place. Such a family restaurant. They didn't go inside, they were sitting in the courtyard. Very tasty, its own tinctures. A nice compliment of pickles. They were cooking some kind of dish with us - I didn't remember the name. Friendly and helpful staff. The portions are very large, please note when ordering. The price tag, if you navigate around Moscow, is average.
A restaurant with almost 30 years of history, playing with new colors after renovation, with attentive staff, delicious food, an average check, excellent live music and in a convenient location.
Excellent and delicious cuisine and service. I was pleased by the Tashkent Festive Pilaf in olive oil with lamb.
Timur Damirovich has been holding the "Caravan" brand for many years, I recommend everyone to visit 👍🏼
If you are in Tashkent for only one day and you need to choose only one restaurant, then you are definitely in a Caravan. Very tasty authentic food and, very importantly, small portions, which makes it possible to choose several dishes and enjoy the local cuisine
It's delicious, but not everything, and it's not cheap, a very opaque receipt. But the interior is interesting, a stylized mill, antique furniture and utensils, music - you should listen to it, not eat, and even more so, not talk...
A cozy restaurant in a historical style. There are places in the courtyard with a waterfall on a wheel and there are in the hall. There are antique utensils and dishes all around. The food is delicious, the service is fast, respectful. We celebrated the birthday in a narrow circle. From the restaurant, a compliment dessert for tea.
A cozy conceptual place. Every decoration on the wall, furniture, decor is a whole art! We tried cakes and watermelon fresh - a great drink in the season
I liked the salon, everything is comfortable, the location is just super!
Massage master Nikanor works great, attentive, I will sign up further, put myself in order and shape!
An authentic restaurant on a quiet street where you can eat national cuisine.
On the ground floor everything is decorated in an antique style, the second floor is more modern.
They cook fast and tasty enough, the staff is attentive.
The only caveat is that the bill immediately includes 20% for the service
Friendly staff. We settled down at a table inside the courtyard. The waiter is attentive. I changed the appliances, the ashtray . Payment by card or in cash. It came out at $36 for about two people. The food was delicious, we took shish kebab, fresh fruit, beer, sliced. In the evening, people came to perform live music, which is also very wonderful and brightens up the evening. Those who write that unsanitary conditions, the interior is made of junk from flea markets, you look at the photos and choose the interiors to your taste. This is the style of the institution why are you underestimating the ratings!

Delicious ...
There is a hall for lovers of antiquity and a hall for lovers of modernity, there is a street, but the east is felt everywhere.
Cool, unobtrusive live music, absolutely does not interfere with enjoying communication with friends.
The staff is always polite and helpful.
The prices are surprisingly pleasant.
Delicious...
Great restaurant! Everything is very tasty, the staff is as attentive as possible, fast delivery, I recommend dolma, kazy (they do it themselves), haravats salad and compotes: cherry and quince.
Even on Thursdays, pilaf day is the best wedding pilaf not that in the whole of Tashkent - but in my whole life.
The interiors are stunning, be sure to see the courtyard, everything is done with taste and with great love.
Great place, delicious, high quality. The atmosphere is authentic, just super. The waiters are attentive and work with a smile, many thanks to the chefs, as well as to the owners of this wonderful place. Every city would have such a restaurant. Good luck, success, smiles from visitors.
It was my most delicious lunch during my 4 days in Samarkand and Tashkent. Chebureks are wonderful. The pilaf is excellent. Great service, everything is fast and polite. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant itself is like a museum.
Everything is very tasty. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. They know the menu well, they can advise you. It seems to be one of the most expensive restaurants in the city, but if compared with Moscow, the prices are lower than average. Perhaps it's like in the Patio. Even cheaper.
A very tasty restaurant. Customer-oriented staff. Delicious dishes. Samosas, pilaf, salads, desserts.... and so on. Inside there are many photos with celebrities of the Russian Federation who visited the restaurant. Authentic interior decor. The restaurant has several floors. They work late.
The place is pleasant, there are a lot of tourists, but the food is really delicious! You can order a hookah, this is of course a plus! Minus this 20% service, as for me it's a lot
I put 2 stars because the interior on the terrace of the 1st floor is normal, it was served for a very long time, everywhere stinks of hookah, it's strange that people open a restaurant with traditional dishes of Uzbekistan and hire chefs who do not know how to cook them, half of the menu was not available, they decided to order pilaf but it was absolutely tasteless and sweet, in general, the place is so To myself, there is a lot better (
The food is delicious, only more expensive than in other establishments, "Greek salad" - 123,000 soums (about 1000 rubles).... I would like to say separately about the Mojito alk cocktail: initially there was no smell of alcohol, after the remark was made, it was said that "it is there, but it is 35 ° - therefore there is no taste or smell" - as a result, it still appeared there - 78,000 soums.... Check it amounted to 455,000 soums, but the problem is that the change from 500,000 had to be urgently demanded additionally, while the service in the amount of 8% is already included in the bill
In my opinion, there are quite a large number of establishments with similar cuisine, authentic interiors, lower prices and more decent service. It's up to you
On the recommendation of local residents, we went to this restaurant, but there is nothing outstanding there. There are a lot of onions, and they are also bitter in the Georgian salad. I recommend the tinctures - they were delicious. I did not like the lamb dish with potatoes at all - there was more fat than meat ((( Mastava is tasteless ((and the price tag is too high for this place ((
I will not recommend this institution, there are places tastier, more interesting, and more beautiful!
Unfortunately, they decided to spend their last evening on vacation here. And that was a mistake. For 2 weeks of stay in Uzbekistan, this is the only institution that does not cook meat well. The kebab with liver, beef and minced meat on a skewer were not tasty. At the same time, prices are significantly higher. I liked the atmosphere. There was live music. The waiters are slow, inattentive
The restaurant is delicious, spacious and beautiful, it doesn't take very long to prepare food, I have almost everything on the menu that adults and children need
A great restaurant. The food is delicious, the pilaf is just bombastic. They give a discount for the next visit. Once they gave a compliment from the restaurant, very nice
The interior is pleasant, the staff is polite and tidy, many are dressed with elements of national costume. Live music.
Mantas are delicious.
Haravac salad (eggplant) from the refrigerator. Red wine is from the refrigerator. The wine was branded, the caravan group sommelier could have selected it better. The salad was brought along with lagman (the order of serving). There is a piece of bone in one of lagman's portions. We probably won't go a second time.
Excellent service, delicious dishes of traditional Uzbek cuisine and not only, authentic atmosphere, pleasant unobtrusive music (live performance).
Ordered: Liver kebab - tender, juicy. Lentil soup, ayran, lavash - caravan, manti with pumpkin, olivier, vegetable plate. Each position pleased with the taste, appearance and presentation. The waiters created a feeling of care, hospitality and lightness.
I will be happy to look into this institution again on occasion.
The restaurant is authentic. The interior is built exactly in the style close to the ancient caravans, the waiters served quickly, polite. They cook delicious. We ordered carp fish, cooked perfectly. I recommend it for both locals and tourists. They will really like it.
