We bought a ring (as a gift), noticed after a couple of days that one of the stones was wobbling, gave it under warranty for repair, promised to return it the next day - as a result, we waited a week. The ring was returned, with "scratches and dents" due to a "good" repair, apparently… it was not obvious, we scored, but after a couple more days the repaired stone fell out and was lost. The impression and the mood are spoiled. We will look for where to fix the product. It is unlikely that we will return to karat for shopping
