It took a long time to place an order, copies of three manuals cost $ 112, we copied out 4 pages on one A4 sheet, came for the order in 40 minutes, reminded of the order, and waited another 15-20 minutes. it was necessary to print out many pages of documents in duplicate, they printed everything out, I begin to verify that I understand that the price does not match and the 2nd copy is missing. I come up to clarify the price, to which they tell me in a dissatisfied tone that everything is printed and 23 sheets are in black and white (although I had only 14 on my hands). I told them about it; no apologies, nothing, just almost cheated on money with such behavior. Incompetent!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service. At the time of accepting the order, everything looked fine, but the staff turned out to be extremely disorganized and disorganized.
The order was promised to be completed in an hour, but nothing was ready upon arrival. They told me to wait another 20 minutes for my complaints. As a result, after these 20 minutes, the order was not ready again. They offered to wait a little longer, which is absolutely unacceptable, considering that I've already been waiting for more than an hour.
When asked to return the money, attempts began to persuade me to deliver, but how could I trust the quality if there were so many problems at the stage of execution? As a result, I left without my order and in a bad mood.

We wanted to print a photo book at the Stolitsa shopping center, but we couldn't. Although there were no people in the center at all, the employees pretend to be busy. I had to practically walk around and ask for an answer.
The employee, upon learning that we wanted to print a photo book made according to his layout and brought on a flash drive, immediately lost interest in us, without even looking at him. According to him, they print photo books only according to the layouts sent to them through the website.
Unfortunately, the employees do not have name badges and therefore it is not clear who we were talking to.
We just wasted our time.
We do not recommend contacting the printing center, which is located in the Stolitsa shopping center

The cardboard is very thin, breaks quickly and in places delaminates already at the first assembly. And what will happen the second and third time? And if it's for children? In general, the puzzle is disposable. The picture quality is not bad, but definitely not the photo quality.
