We were at this hotel with a group of tourists from Gelendzhik.
The rooms are clean. The filling is good: refrigerator, kettle, clean linen, necessary utensils. The rooms are cleaned regularly. Towels are replaced every two days. There is a swimming pool for guests. Spa center with sauna and hammam.
Polite, professional staff. Check-in is fast and clear.
We will definitely come back.
I recommend it for groups and individuals.

We stayed at the Caracas Hotel from March 21-29, 2025, an excellent hotel. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym, everything matches the description. The rooms are lovely, daily cleaning, change of towels too. The staff is just super, everyone is friendly, friendly, and they go to the meeting) when booking, they asked for access to the balcony, and sun beds to sunbathe, and the excellent administrators organized a balcony for 2 rooms and sun beds, it was very nice that they did not forget) It's really a 5-6-minute walk to the sea, near a shop, a cafe with local cuisine. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center, with a taxi nearby) in general, thank you Caracas for a wonderful stay, we will definitely return as promised. Greetings from St. Petersburg!

It's a very cool place. 5 minutes walk from the sea.I had a family vacation from July 9th to 21st. We are thrilled. Comfortable spacious rooms, cleanliness and beauty both on site and inside. Regular room cleaning and towel change. Delicious, hearty breakfasts.The staff is very polite and friendly. They greet us like family. I didn't want to leave this wonderful place. One of the best hotels in the city! We will definitely come back here and advise our friends and acquaintances.Thanks to all the staff of the hotel, special thanks to Irina and Alexey!!!!!
