I recently visited with my grandson. We were offered a guide. We toured the entire museum with a guide. The guide talked very interestingly about all the expositions and answered questions. The museum staff is friendly. My grandson and I really liked it.
A great museum! I didn't even expect it. If you don't go for show, you can learn a lot of interesting things about the city and the country as a whole. There are few people - you can see everything. I was lucky with the guide Dinara - a wonderful person and a magnificent detailed and very interesting tour even for one person. And most importantly, she is dedicated to her work, knows and loves her museum, country, history and tells from the heart, and not just formally leads through the halls. Thank you so much to her!!! And it would be nice to add something to the exposition about today and Karaganda's plans for the future
A good regional museum. Compared to Almaty, it even looks fresher. There is an animal world, geology, and history. However, it is unclear why each museum has a separate hall of the Alash Horde
A good museum telling about Karaganda and the region is quite informative, of course I would like to have guides always or would do something by the hour, so that it would be much more interesting to visit and learn
The Museum of Local Lore is an interesting and informative place. Located in the city center, two floors. Beautiful exhibits and necessary familiarization attributes.
I visited the Local History Museum with great interest.
The exposition is carefully selected, beautiful and neat design. Separate halls are dedicated to the nature of the region, the history of antiquity (with archaeological finds), modern history (including quite interesting documents).
For Russian-speaking visitors who do not speak the official language well, it may become a problem that not in all cases there is a translation.
Otherwise, I have a positive impression, I thank the administration and staff of the museum, their concern for the museum is visible to the naked eye.
There is a lot to see and listen to!!! But the museum staff did not tell about the possibility of using the service of a guide or an audio guide. There is also no information about the services on the stands.
Very helpful people work at the museum, they were happy to answer all the questions. Unfortunately, we were only at the visiting dragon exhibition. I do not recommend this pleasure to anyone. On 10 square meters there are 7 dragons battered by life and transportation, and in general that's it. There is no musical accompaniment (there is some kind of low-quality cartoon about dragons on TV), no intrigue, a story about dragons. One has a mouth moving, the other has upper limbs, etc., all this under the unpleasant sounds of mechanisms. After a minute of being in this room, it became clear that it was possible to leave. We drew another 10 minutes. In general, the museum itself is good, we will wait for the exhibition by age. But don't go to the dragons
The museum is cool, the photo zones were very pleased. The guide, a young guy, spoke very quickly and a lot of terms for six-year-olds, you can say the tour flew by...
It's a very interesting place. However, the exhibits are from the time of the USSR. However, if you distinguish lamellar armor from board armor, then it's fascinating!
We were with the children at the dinosaur exhibition. The prices are very high! Children of 5 years of age can still visit the exhibition. There 's nothing to do there , it 's not interesting , it 's not informative ! They threw money away.
An average museum like this, a lot of exhibits, especially butterflies, animals are tired to put it mildly. The child was not interested in watching without a guide
We went with our daughters.Initially, we planned to get to the butterfly exhibition, there were none and decided to walk around the museum once we came, we did not regret it.My daughter liked it for 6 years)
The prices are inexpensive 200 TENGE for children. The children liked it.I really liked the cosmonautics hall. It's interesting with the guide. While living in Karaganda, you need to visit 😊
At first glance, it's a small museum.. but it's worth going to the next room and it starts!!!!!
Aaaaaah! How rich is our history!
The history of Karaganda is very well shown!
