A good modern hotel, fully justifies its three stars. The room has an electric kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, full bath. The dinners are pretty standard: the variety is average. The pool is small and shallow, but this is compensated by a large area for sun beds. The staff mostly speaks Russian. From the hotel to the sea, the quietest step is 10 minutes, sandy beach. Nearby: bus stop, taxi parking, shops, cafes, bars and pharmacies. If desired, it is possible to go out on the roof and watch the famous fountain show from there.
An important point: if you like to go to bed early, be ready to change your habit. The nightlife here is stormy and loud, there is nothing to separate from it.

We rested together with my son for 10 years for a week at the end of October 2019. The hotel is wonderful. The room is small, but the furniture is new and there is plenty of room for two. The room was on the 1st floor with a view of McDonald's. It's noisy at night, it's true. But the TV turned on at a low volume helped to mute the karaoke and fall asleep :) safe, Wi-Fi and air conditioning for free👍🏻the air conditioner is well located and can be turned on at night without fear of catching a cold (it only took a couple of times, in October it is already comfortable at night and without air conditioning) at the entrance to the hotel there is a coffee shop with excellent coffee, a bus stop and a supermarket two steps away. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. The location is 5+. The beach is magnificent, there is always enough space. Near the pier with boat trips, Fig Tree beach is a 20-minute walk along the shore. I liked the hotel very much, the food is excellent. The breakfast set is standard, but delicious. For dinner, several types of meat are perfectly prepared, something from fish and seafood, side dishes, salads. Cleaning every day, change of towels too. The pool is small, but very nice. In general, the hotel is on its own solid 3* . And it is quite affordable. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, the hotel is wonderful :)
