We visited the Black Captain cafe in August 19. Compared to last summer, this is a complete mess... another word is not appropriate. We waited until they took the order for 30 minutes ... two waitresses work for about 30-35 tables. We thought everything was fine with the kitchen, but it wasn't there... they began to bring food, okroshka - one water, grounds - 2 spoons per plate. The pita bread is burnt. The oil is bitter, on which the strips were fried... homemade lemonade for 400 rubles. It's water, ice and lemon in a decanter... that's it!!! (Some kind of scoop) there is a lot of oil in the salad, there is no desire to finish it .., the shish kebab is ordinary, without comments, although the mushrooms on the grill are huge and old. The sofas are torn, dirty, the waitresses are not neat, embittered. They carry food without trays, fingers in a plate!!! It wasn't a bad place that was ruined. We forget this place like a bad dream. To the owner of the establishment.

Service 0!!! I don't care about the customers! No one is coming! You run around the room looking for the menu yourself. The waiters seem to be doing us a favor by coming over. The menu is sparse. Everything that was ordered was average or NOT tasty! ALSO, with this attitude, I don't want to go in at all! I don't recommend it

Pros: It is located on the shore, a good beach, polite staff, good bed linen, there are boats. Cons: after 20:00 it is deaf, there is only one restaurant nearby, after 18:00 you can return from Pitsunda only by taxi, or on foot (But in the season it may be different). Interruptions with hot water, the absence of a TV are not among the disadvantages, because I do not watch it.

It's really very cool when you open the door in the morning, and there's a sailor behind it, and each room has a sea view! A half-empty beach, and this is not a little important for me personally, I like when there are few people... cozy, quiet... There is a great cafe nearby, we have visited some restaurants, and we have never cooked so delicious anywhere!!! In the evenings, discos with live music are held a la, fans can get up and dance the most! I liked just sitting on the seashore, listening to the echoes of these songs, watching the water splash, and how the moon surrounded by stars is reflected in the sea... I won't write much and for a long time, just THANK YOU to all the staff of both the hotel and the cafe! You are mega positive, kind and responsive people!!!
