And I started asking a lot of questions to the specialist, and he began to answer that he did not know, in my opinion, a specialist who works with clients should forget words like "I do not know" as a result, the situation did not end in any way, because he began to annoy me with his ignorance, and I left, and decided that for these Money is not worth being nervous about
Bank employees are specialists in their field. They do everything possible for quality service. The bank is full of modern technology, but sometimes even it fails them.

the queue is just bad, there are not enough people at the cash desk to pay for the contract, you have to wait at least 3 hours, I do not recommend this bank
