I recommend that customers watch which letters move the fastest, check with the operator what kind of request it is and take the appropriate coupon! That's how, if the system is poor, customers have to get out of it!!

The operator who served me was a bit rude to begin with, it felt like she was doing a favor to the MNE (client). To the question "What is the difference between the application Kapitalbank and Uzumbank (formerly Orange)", she replied:"and why do you need this" I honestly was interested because Uzum Bank application also integrates with Capital Bank cards. Since she looked tired or there was a feeling that she was ill, I politely asked, "Alas, everything is fine, maybe you feel bad?". In response, I received a boorish answer that it was none of my business and I shouldn't care. Terrible customer service, employees do not try to help CRM at all. It's like everyone's doing us a favor.
