Friendly, helpful, competent staff. A noisy, inconvenient office for customer service due to the long queue and lack of sufficient seating for waiting. At the cash desk, when exchanging currency, they often try to give out worn, old-looking bills. The parking lot at the entrance to the bank is always packed with cars, which often block the sidewalk leading to the entrance to the bank.
