He had a high opinion of the bank. Unfortunately, the first time I applied to the bank for advice, the consultant operator incorrectly oriented the bank cards and it turns out that I was issued the wrong card that I needed. The head of the department did not pay attention to my complaint, although the bank itself distributes confidential information of citizens, shouting out their personal data. It's a long story. In short, there is incompetence, negligence to work and indifference to customer problems. Let's hope they will improve in the future. But not with such department heads.
