Some bank employees are not competent enough. In different windows, different experts give different answers to the same questions. (Specifically in my case about maps) They are not always careful, I advise you to double-check the documents for typos and the correctness of the entered data (I changed my passport data, I managed to do it only the second time, because not all the data was updated).
This bank is generally cool in the country, but they opened a branch near the house and I can say that everything is fine here! The queue is being observed, all according to coupons. The staff communicates calmly in two languages (Russian and Uzbek). The service is at the highest level!
