Some bank employees are not competent enough. In different windows, different experts give different answers to the same questions. (Specifically in my case about maps) They are not always careful, I advise you to double-check the documents for typos and the correctness of the entered data (I changed my passport data, I managed to do it only the second time, because not all the data was updated).
In the 21st century, in a civilized society, when there is an online queue, they still continue to receive people without waiting in line, they let their own people through, or 10 people serve one number. The impression is not the best. Standing in line for an hour to wait for the card to be reissued is a poor impression as a bank customer.
