The service in the bank is completely absent. My card does not work, I contacted the chat in the bank's application with a request to solve the problem, two hours later they replied that I should call the bank or email. It is impossible to get through, no one responds to the email. What kind of customer support is this and why do a chat in the app if no one there wants or can help with the customer's problem. I do not recommend this bank.
