A good business center with not the most convenient location. On the plus side: there is a Penny store and a park nearby. There is even a headroom inside the building. If something breaks, the BC staff will promptly fix the problem. The only thing missing is a pharmacy and a cafe that would work until the end of a standard working day (there is one, but it closes when it wants)
