I ordered sushi on January 31st at 7.27 pm for delivery, ordered a set for 70p, after two hours of waiting, I decided to ask where the promised delivery was??? I've ordered it many times already. I am satisfied with the quality, sushi, rolls are always fresh. The waiting time is short. The price for such delicious food is quite appropriate, unlike other establishments. Thanks a lot to the chefs, they work great.
30.04.2023 I decided to order sushi at the Capybara on Kutuzov Street in Smorgon....the time was 21:30, the girl said that she would not accept the order because they have a workload and orders are no longer accepted, when asked what time orders are accepted, she replied that until 21:45 .....she refused to provide a book of complaints and suggestions, when asked to give the number of the director of the main office, she called a man who I came in from the street and introduced myself as the director (a nice young man trying to solve the problem, but not having a badge that indicates who he is), I have a question why orders are not accepted at 21:30 if all sites indicate that orders are accepted before 21:45.....in a nearby sushi cafe, the order was accepted 3 minutes before closing (probably because they value their customers)
