I placed an order for 178 rubles by mistake in another city. Informed about the cancellation of the order. They wrote that the order was canceled, but the restaurant will not refund the money. In turn, I wrote to have the order delivered to the address and left at the door. To which they replied, the order needs to be repeated and paid for again.......????????? Is this a job to increase customers??????? For positive feedback? I understand to write off 10%, but not the entire amount. There is no limit to my indignation..... There is no desire to order anything else!!!! The mood is ruined!!! Thank you so much for your work.

The rolls at the end are stuffed with rice, the competitors don't have that.
Soy is very basic
There are fewer fish on sushi than we would like.
In total, if the price was 30% lower, it would be great, but for now 5/10

Drinks were not included in the order, they did not offer a suitable solution to the issue, they did not apologize. The quality of the rolls is at a strong 3/10, putting the pieces of the roll without filling is over! I am attaching photos from the website and from the order.
If they have been working like this since the first days of opening, then it's scary to imagine what will happen next.
