Yesterday we made an order for pickup.
We did it for pickup, as we expected that this would reduce the time, but when I arrived at them 30 minutes after ordering, I was told that the time to prepare an order for pickup was 1.5 hours. When asked why it took so long, the staff with a completely unfriendly face and tone replied that we had a lot of orders, and if you don't want to wait, then you can not do it. A very strange approach to the client, it feels like they are doing a favor to the client by completing the order. At the same time, such deadlines are not acceptable for fast food. Tip: if you have such a large number of orders that does not allow you to complete them faster, then take more workers and accelerate!
Regarding the quality of the food, the rating is 2.
The rice in the dish is overcooked (not crumbly), apparently not the kind of rice that is used in rolls, because of this, the rolls look like a tasteless mass, which does not allow you to taste other ingredients.
Tip: (for guidance) do not spare money to buy the right rice, otherwise you show your attitude to the customer. If you say that you have everything with this rice and everything is perfectly ordered and no one complained, then this does not mean that you are doing everything right. This means that, unfortunately, people have probably not tried normal rolls before, and they have nothing to compare with. But this does not give you the right to make dishes of poor quality. Or name your dishes not "Rolls", but "imitation Rolls".
Honestly, I got disappointed! 1. Baked rolls were brought barely warm (it feels like the courier was carrying them on a bicycle). 2. With the eye, the dryer has problems, the rolls are all different in height, it feels like they just threw scraps from the edges of the roll. 3. The taste of the spicy roll does not correspond to the declared (not sharp from the word at all).
