Anyone who is faced with repairs knows how hard it is to find a proper consultant. Now I'm still working on getting rid of it, but this is definitely not about Kaparol. I was very pleasantly surprised by how reverently and attentively they treated me, although I only wanted a consultation. I was offered coffee, and they answered all my questions in detail. They offered options, showed samples in different lights, and just a little more, and they would have given me a brush in my hands. Anything to make me understand. I came twice. And all two times I was given a full consultation. And of course, I came to them for a purchase. And she didn't regret it. The consultants are very competent and friendly. It's nice to chat. The base of the paint, by the way, also happens to be different, I needed the paint to wash well and without gloss, the guys told me everything and even showed me how to wash (outlined with a children's pencil and washed). Well, it was necessary to decorate the balcony, everything was picked up.

The service is too intrusive. Consultants don't have a sense of tact. As in an interrogation, question after question.
Before buying, Germany specifically scratches, and super is the best paint and a 5 or 10 year warranty. As a result, the purchase amount turns out to be considerable, since the price of a liter of paint is 40-50 rubles. You come a month later, trying to buy a liter, they say it wasn't enough, but you and your master are exposed to sheep and again they fall asleep with questions like how they painted where they learned to paint, how much experience, etc. and they themselves are like specialists and sell and paint. And so... The litre is small only in words before purchase. In fact, I came for a liter and they say 5 minimum packing, cook 250 per bucket. A curtain.
