Everything is clear here, according to plan. Keep in mind that the trip to the Taza mountains will take all day, it took a very long time to gather people at the hotels and drove for a long time. Excursions are purely for impressions of nature, there are no informative moments about the history of the country at all. But in general, it is a solid 4.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, the air conditioner cools well , no noise interfered, it's quiet and calm. The staff knows their business and can provide a lot of valuable information. Kitchen - the assortment is large and different, everything is very tasty, alcohol - red wine , white , gin, vodka , whiskey , beer, never hurt and very tasty alcohol! The room is comfortable, clean, the cleaning has always been at the highest level! In general, 100 out of 100, I really liked it and I have a desire to come back here again.

I'm staying at this hotel, I was chosen based on reviews that are cute and positive. In fact, it turned out that with a good kitchen and a smiling chef, the bar leaves much to be desired, both in terms of staff and in terms of the quality of alcohol and the work of bartenders. Only children work, about five people who perform several functions at once, waiters and bartenders. With knowledge of Russian and English, there is a problem. When asked to pour rum and cola in proportions of 50-50 (this is a percentage), you are poured 30-40 grams of rum and 150-170 grams of Cola, in fact you have to drink cola with rum flavor. This also applies to other drinks, whiskey, gin. The vodka is disgusting, even the smell, not to mention the taste, the gallic moonshine is not of the best quality. At the same time, there is no rum, whiskey, or gin in the bar after 30 minutes of lunch or dinner. This is an all inclusive hotel.
Please do not think that this comment is left by an alcoholic who came to drink on the balloon. It is simply not possible to drink their local alcohol, remember the stories of poisoning.

Queues for hot dishes (I can't imagine what's going on in the season). The waiters clean well, quickly, and everyone is polite. We were settled earlier than expected, thanks a lot for that. I chose the hotel because of its location, close to Cleopatra beach, many points of interest can be reached/walked.

We were given a room in the main building on the 2nd floor. The room is an ordinary small one for two people, not even very old. The room has air conditioning, TV, kettle, Wi-Fi - in general, everything you need is there. Cleaning was done every day, I have no complaints about it (even they made some figures out of towels and put their own shampoos and gels). The only thing is that the duvet cover was not changed after the previous guests, but after going to the reception, the situation was corrected. However, at the reception they said that why did they not come right up (apparently in this hotel it is customary to go to bed and get blankets from the closet immediately after check-in at 14:00). Breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the hotel are ordinary, although the choice is modest. There is always a meat dish for lunch and dinner, but there is usually a queue for it and this is in NOVEMBER, and it's scary to imagine what happens in high season. In terms of food, if you don't eat Lobsters every day, you will find your own dish and you will not stay hungry. The food is delicious - we must pay tribute to the Chef. The chef is always present in the restaurant and oversees the cleaning of tables and the accommodation of guests. Respect to him for that. A huge disadvantage in the kitchen is the lack of TEA. There is tea in the morning and you can pour it for yourself, but at lunch and in the evening it should be taken at the bar, where it always ended (Do you feel sorry for tea?). The walk to the beach takes from 5 to 10 minutes. Cleopatra Beach. There is sand on the beach and in the sea - it is comfortable to go into the sea. The beach itself is beautiful. Of the ADVANTAGES in this hotel, perhaps THAT's ALL.

I want to warn you about the Bar separately. THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING BAR WITH THE SAME BARTENDERS!!!!! The bar PERIODICALLY had beer, vodka, whiskey, gin (all made in Turkey), no one requires imported alcohol from a 4-star hotel. Why periodically - yes, because all the alcohol was RUNNING OUT (whiskey Finish and even Beer Finish). Yes, even the Beer was running out by 20:00. The bartender was constantly rude and sent to the Chef. The chef is responsible for the kitchen and bar at this hotel. All trips to the reception ended in nothing. Kerim (a Russian-speaking) guy is present at the reception during the day, who either does not know and does not remember anything, or he is not responsible for the bar and the kitchen as well. The question is, why is it needed? Should I check into the room and put on a bracelet? The chef told everyone about some representative who apparently went to Istanbul for alcohol (judging by the rate of alcohol appearance). The next day, alcohol appeared, but also ended around 20:00 (and most of the guests, including us, went to the sea after breakfast, came for lunch and then back to the beach). For me, the presence of alcohol is not the most important thing, but WHY declare the concept - all inclusive. Then write honestly that alcohol is not included and do not deceive the guests. I observed this picture at lunch: a Russian-speaking girl approached the bartender (she was vacationing with her husband and three children) and asked for 5 tea - the bartender refused and asked - why 5 tea? I won't give that much and poured her 1 glass, although the whole family was sitting not far from the bar and there were 5 of them (the bartender saw it perfectly). How should a child bring himself hot tea? I generally consider this to be LAWLESSNESS!!!! If the bartender does not want to work and always stands with a dissatisfied face - maybe why such a bartender (the boss cannot influence the bartender - all the guests complained)? Alcohol was also given a maximum of 2 glasses per hand, although there are 4 people sitting at the table.
We were at the end of the season and a bus picked us and other tourists up from the hotel at 16:00, so we had breakfast, and no one fed us lunch (although they promised at the reception), at least they gave us some kind of bun or sandwich. But the worst thing is that we sat down at the tables in the restaurant (we had cheese with us) - friends took bread from the kitchen table in the hall, the restaurant staff saw it and took the bread to the kitchen. Our friends asked to take out the bread - they were refused - they said THE BREAD WAS OVER - SHAMEFUL!!! I have never seen such a bestial attitude towards people in any hotel in Turkey!!!

We went for breakfast a couple of times, went to other cafes, sometimes I want porridge or scrambled eggs, there is no such thing here. For dinner, you need to stand in line for 30 minutes to put something for yourself. The site indicates that there is still time for tea with sweets after lunch, in fact, there is nothing. In 4 days, the room was washed once, towels have not been changed yet. Sun beds are paid, there are no beach towels. Although in other hotels of the lower category everything is provided. In general, the hotel is three with a minus.

We stayed at this hotel from November 8 to November 14, 2024. The hotel is located in the center of Alanya, a 5-minute walk to the sea. The room is comfortable, the furniture is good. Elshat and Kerim, who speak excellent Russian, are at the reception. Very responsive guys, always prompt, listen. Now for the restaurant: the breakfasts are poor, there were not enough milk porridges, yoghurts... Lunches and dinners are varied, fish was fried twice, there was also chicken, beef goulash. Although the chef controlled the entire process in the hall, his attitude towards Europeans was much better than towards Russian speakers. At 19:00, all strong alcoholic beverages were running out in the bar, only beer and wine remained. There are tip boxes all around. There is a karaoke bar next to the hotel, from which songs were shouted every day until 3 a.m., and one night there was even a fight. In general, the hotel is 3, not 4 stars.
Not bad, breakfast is a little weak (I didn't have enough milk porridge). Lunch and dinner are good. Lots of vegetables. However, you will have to stand in line for food. It was a little annoying. The location of the hotel is good. Overall, I liked it. She cleaned well.
The hotel looks better than in the photo, we had a clean room, not stripped walls, a view of the courtyard (the noise from the playground did not interfere much)

Есть кто говорит на русском , всё в шаговой доступности, пляж Клеопатры (моя любовь) 5 минут хотьбы , магазинчики, кафе, торговые центры не далеко. Персонал отличный, питание без излишеств, голодными не останетесь, точно. Безалкогольные напитки в достатке, алкоголь-пиво, вино, коктейли не всегда в наличии и разбавленные до уровня вода, ракы, тоже не всегда. В номере уютно, чисто, постельное меняли раз в 3 дня, не всегда обновляли кондиционер и шампунь, но, всё решаемо. В целом, всё достойно, рекомендую.

This is understandable, because the hotel is in the city, I only ate there and spent the night. The location is ideal, 7 minutes to the beach, 4 minutes to Starbucks yards, 7 minutes to surf cafe. You can go outside and walk along the shops to all the coffee shops, exchange shops and so on. The staff at the hotel is wonderful, Kerim speaks Russian, a great guy! The food is simple, there is not enough variety for someone, but it was fine for me, rice, hot, salads. For breakfast, yes, there were not enough cheesecakes and oatmeal) The cook greets everyone, a very nice man. The main thing is the sea, I flew for it, went to the beach every day, swam, the sea is transparent, clean, warm, the beach is huge, there were few people at the beginning of November, the weather is fabulous, I am very happy with the rest! Even a modest hotel in Turkey will be much better than the resorts of the Krasnodar territory. I don't even want to compare the quality of a beach holiday and the price, now only to Turkey!
The hotel is old, but that's not the worst part. The rooms are VERY dirty, the bed linen is leaky, stained, in which the smell of the train station, a mixture of tobacco, toilet and flavoring is in the hotel. The tablecloths in the restaurant are full of holes, the kitchen is not for everyone, for lovers of variety there are restaurants on the street. I'm an omnivore-I found something for myself.

The location is good, 10 minutes to the beach. The beach (Cleopatra) is clean, the entrance to the water is good. There are mostly Germans and Russian speakers around.
I cannot recommend this hotel for a visit.
We rested from the end of April to the beginning of May 2024.
Pros : excellent service, location, the sea is 5 minutes away, bed linen was changed every day. The air conditioning in the room saved from the stuffiness and the feeling of dirt. Delicious food, cooked from the heart :) The guests are almost all Russian tourists .
Minuses : the food is not always varied , the room is small , there has never been cleaning in 11 days of stay , there is no water , tea in the room . I also didn 't like the noise in front of the house , where construction has been going on since 7 a.m. The contingent is mainly pensioners.
For unpretentious guests, it's pretty good for its price. Because it wasn't expensive and we were rarely in the room, I don't have any complaints about 3*. But if you want more comfort, cleanliness and variety of food, you should choose a more expensive hotel. I would like to note that the staff most often speak Russian , or at least understand it .

Crayfish, gin , whiskey, beer. Everything of average quality is not chic. Except for beer , which is EFEES everywhere . The room also seems to be cleaned every day, but it is not visible.
Of the cons, the rooms are small, something is broken, water is given only on the day of arrival, then buy in the store, there is no choice of food, but what was given was delicious, there was no heartburn, diarrhea.But we were going to the sea, the beach, so we didn't pay attention to these little things. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to help.

Пляж Клеопатра, можно погулять по набережной, кафе рядом , клубы минут 15, 20 пешком , рядом порт , красная башня, пещера дамлаташ, красивые парки, много магазинов 🔥🔥🔥 . Если вы хотите , чтобы всё было рядом и не ездить на автобусе , то вам сюда!!!😂😉

The reception always asked how we were doing, where we went, suggested when it was better to go, what to see. Special thanks to the kitchen, everything is always delicious, everyone found it to their taste. The chef was always in the hall, approached each table, charged us with his smile and mood. We didn't drink alcohol, but some of the guests had empty glasses and were offered more. The rooms are clean, cleaning is done daily. We had rooms in building 1 and 3, in 1 - excellent rooms, in 3 - 2-room rooms, slightly simpler and inconveniently placed sockets, otherwise everything is fine. I didn't go to the gym, but those who had the desire went, according to reviews, it's simple, but you can practice. Opposite there is a playground and a tennis table, rackets and balls are given at the reception, in the evenings we went to play. The pool is clean and comfortable. The beach is 5 minutes away. Sun beds are paid, with a discount, but we did not take them - we went to the sea in the morning and in the evening))
Our company was of different ages from 6 years old to 73, everyone was satisfied and happy.

I had a rest in early November 2023 at the Kandelor Hotel. Excellent location, good wi-fi throughout the hotel. The room is small. This is where the advantages end. The room was cleaned twice in two weeks, the towels were changed once. A 1.5 liter bottle of water was put in the room daily. The dining room and the chef, whom everyone praises for some reason, with his team of waiters is a separate story! If you are ready to listen to moralizing from this team of "vice police", then you have come to that hotel. You will be constantly reminded for the whole hall, so that it is not common for other tourists, YOU can not take two tangerines-you eat a LOT! You can't take two glasses of wine-you drink a LOT! Yes, and if you suddenly wanted a glass of fanta and beer at the same time, then this is an unacceptable luxury! It is necessary to make a choice! Either fanta or beer! Everything is constantly ending, the Bar is open from 11.00 to 23.00, but this is not so! There is no one in the bar and you have to look for a waiter, and most often your visit to the bar will not be approved. The chef and waiters are constantly dissatisfied with tourists - they eat a lot, then drink a lot! Although during their stay at the hotel, all tourists rested very adequate and intelligent. Two fish were given twice in two weeks. If you are ready to eat chicken cooked according to the same recipe at lunch and dinner every day, three types of first course in two weeks and YOU LIKE TO STAND IN LINE FOR THIRTY MINUTES to get a portion of CHICKEN, then you are in this hotel to the miracle chef! But, customers who come from the street to take food to the dining room of this hotel for cash are very welcomed by the chef! Maybe for this very reason, tourists who come on vouchers to the Kandelor Hotel are constantly told that everything is over. And for customers from the street, everything is immediately available. I got the feeling that the staff of the Kandelor Hotel would be very happy if the tourists who paid for the tours using the All inclusive system would leave the next day from there, because they had already received the payment, so we tourists really annoyed them! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel because of poor service, poor attitude to vacationing tourists. The price and quality of service do not correspond to the stated concept.
