I really liked the hotel! Cozy rooms in good condition, spacious balcony, newly renovated! The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff. The food is delicious! Too much, even. At lunch and dinner, the chef himself personally welcomes you to the restaurant and takes care of you (he will move a chair, bring drinks, ask about food wishes). The bartender is also working with a bang! Always on site, if he sees that the drink is running out, he will come up and ask if he can bring more. The guy at the reception is also great, polite, speaks and writes excellent Russian! He will advise you where to go, what to see, and just entertain you with a conversation. We just returned from vacation. We stayed 12 nights in this hotel with a family of 5 people. I must say right away that we are happy with everything. The staff was polite, hospitable, helpful, and any issue was resolved quickly. The food is delicious for every choice. There is meat, fish and cutlets. We were in April, out of season, but there was plenty of food. We were with 3 children from 3 to 9 years old, the children also left well-fed. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. The rooms were cleaned every day. We were lucky with the numbers. We booked one room with a living room, but upon arrival we were given 2 rooms with a front door. We were thrilled, this option was very convenient for us. The hotels have Russian-speaking staff, so there were no problems with explanations. This hotel has been noted for itself that it is possible to return here again. And of course, we thank all the staff.

The staff is very friendly. The room service is satisfactory, but there are issues with the food. The range is very modest. Meat dishes in limited quantities. There are not always enough portions for breakfast, and you have to constantly remind the staff to bring food. The pool is not big, just to take a dip, more like a children's pool. We had a rest at the hotel at the end of October. Nice hotel, small and cozy rooms. They cleaned well. Thanks to the chef, it was always delicious! Breakfast is mostly eggs and omelets, buns that they bake themselves. Lunch and dinner were varied and fish, beef, and chicken. And of course, many thanks to Administrator Kerem. He made the first impression of the hotel. Speaks excellent Russian! If you had any questions, I always helped. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to everything you might need from laundry and currency exchange, to a pharmacy and small shops where everything is available) And of course Cleopatra Beach! This is a heavenly place! The only thing that I didn't like about the words at all was the restaurant, which is located next to the hotel, and in the evenings I can't say that they sang, but rather yelled, screamed songs. Everything is clear here, according to plan. Keep in mind that the trip to the Taza mountains will take all day, it took a very long time to gather people at the hotels and drove for a long time. Excursions are purely for impressions of nature, there are no informative moments about the history of the country at all. But in general, it is a solid 4.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, the air conditioner cools well , no noise interfered, it's quiet and calm. The staff knows their business and can provide a lot of valuable information. Kitchen - the assortment is large and different, everything is very tasty, alcohol - red wine , white , gin, vodka , whiskey , beer, never hurt and very tasty alcohol! IF THIS IS A GOOD 4KA IN ALANYA, THEN WHAT IS THE BAD ONE?
we arrived at 16:00, the composition is the same (me, wife, child) from November 9th to 12th. The hotel was selected by rating, the purpose is to visit the center of Alanya, walk around local attractions.
Check-in is fast, there are no questions. They gave me a room in the main building on the 4th floor. The room is small, but decent, this is perhaps the main advantage of the hotel. The views of the mountain, the fortress, are also good. The cleaning is mediocre. Mini bar - not even water! And it's in 4 stars. There is a kettle, but there is no tea, there was only one bag of instant coffee, without refilling.
The food was breakfast - there was no basic scrambled eggs or omelette... Let me remind you that 4 stars! lunch - you can find something, you won't starve to death. Dinner is the most interesting thing here....The queue, there is no queue. for 20-30 minutes, but why? yes, because the distribution is as poor as possible. the distribution is worse and it is not convenient, I have not seen it anywhere and this is at the end of the season, but what happens here in the summer?? In terms of taste, it's relatively not bad.
Alcohol for 4 people is standard: beer, whiskey, vodka, gin.
There is no beach, no towels, no sun beds. everything is paid. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace.
The pool is like a decoration, maybe someone swims in the summer.
Conclusion, a very simple 4-star hotel with poor nutrition and normal rooms, for a small amount, you can take for a couple of nights, as a full rest for a week or more, definitely not.

During our vacation (from 09.06 to 17.06), 50 lira (150 rubles) for 1 sunbed or 1 umbrella, if paid at the hotel, and 100 lira each if bought on the beach. Cleopatra Beach is simply amazing! The sea is clear, the entrance is gentle. The hotel is clean everywhere, the staff is very friendly, they will always prompt and answer all questions without intrusiveness. The rooms are cleaned with high quality, towels are often changed, bed linen is changed every 3 days. The food is varied and very tasty. Initially, there were no high expectations for food in view of 4 stars, but our fears were in vain. The chef himself goes out into the hall every time, asks the vacationers about their impressions. For breakfast there were eggs, omelette, French fries, vegetables, greens, sausages, porridge, breakfast cereals with milk. For lunch - chicken, beef, baked vegetables, pasta, pasta, rice, schnitzels, soup, salads, herbs, sweets. Dinner was almost the same, but often grilled chicken, there was also grilled fish. Everything is very tasty! The hotel has a small pool with sun beds, which are better to occupy early. After 23.00, the music by the pool turns off, but it also plays softly during the day. There is no animation, that's how we needed it. The noise in the evening from the neighboring establishments did not interfere, as they fell asleep immediately. A hotel for a relaxing holiday for those who go to relax on the beach, have a delicious meal, if you want to go out to the city in a cafe and shopping center or just take a walk on the embankment in the evening, and at the same time for adequate money. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the rest!

Separately about the bar: the bar is really lame, which is very sad. Mostly only beer and wine are made from alcohol. We drank whiskey and Coke only once and only one glass each. It's about the same with gin and vodka. In general, it's good that we thought of taking a bottle of whiskey from Russia)
There is no entertainment program, vacationers were congratulated on their birthdays.
But we didn't need an entertainment program, because we explored Alanya and came to the hotel only to eat and sleep)
There are a lot of cute kitties in the open area, this is some kind of special atmosphere)
The location of the hotel is not bad, near the best Cleopatra beach, the embankment, many shops, pharmacies, coffee shops, in general, a city hotel.
We will give 4 stars just because of the bar, because there have been reviews about it before and it doesn't change in any way.

In fact, it turned out that with a good kitchen and a smiling chef, the bar leaves much to be desired, both in terms of staff and in terms of the quality of alcohol and the work of bartenders. Only children work, about five people who perform several functions at once, waiters and bartenders. With knowledge of Russian and English, there is a problem. When asked to pour rum and cola in proportions of 50-50 (this is a percentage), you are poured 30-40 grams of rum and 150-170 grams of Cola, in fact you have to drink cola with rum flavor. This also applies to other drinks, whiskey, gin. The vodka is disgusting, even the smell, not to mention the taste, the gallic moonshine is not of the best quality. At the same time, there is no rum, whiskey, or gin in the bar after 30 minutes of lunch or dinner. This is an all inclusive hotel.
Please do not think that this comment is left by an alcoholic who came to drink on the balloon. It is simply not possible to drink their local alcohol, remember the stories of poisoning.
And finally, I witnessed how the so-called bartenders sell alcohol (in bottles) in the evening by a hotel guest.

The hotel is good, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach slowly, you can shop along the way. Great hotel, 10 minutes from the beach. There are no problems with wi-fi. The food is European, delicious, and varied enough for 4*. There are different cocktails in the bar, there are no complaints about the quality of alcohol. Since the hotel is located in the city in the evening, it is noisy at night from neighboring establishments. There is a swimming pool and sun beds (very comfortable). Not far from the hotel there is a small supermarket with normal prices (which are indicated on the shelves). I rested in a 2-bed standard room, one closet door did not open and one switch did not work, otherwise everything was in order, the bed was large and soft, the room itself was always clean.
The hotel has a good location, there is a bus stop nearby, as well as a good currency exchange on the way to the beach.
As a result, the hotel was very pleasantly surprised, I thought it would be much worse, I recommend this hotel for selection.

I had a rest in early May 2023 .A wonderful Hotel, for those who like to walk. There are people who speak Russian, everything is within walking distance, Cleopatra beach (my love) is 5 minutes walk, shops, cafes, shopping centers are not far away. The staff is excellent, the food is no frills, you will not stay hungry, for sure. Soft drinks are in abundance, alcohol-beer, wine, cocktails are not always available and diluted to the level of water, raki, too, is not always. The room is cozy, clean, the bed was changed every 3 days, the conditioner and shampoo were not always updated, but everything is solved. In general, everything is decent, I recommend it.

The staff is quite friendly. There is a swimming pool with sun beds. Despite the fact that the hotel is urban, there was no active traffic from cars and people in the evening. There is a small park next to the hotel, but as an option to spend time, it is normal.
CONS: the rooms are quite standard, of course the audibility is excellent, even through the corridor. Cleaning was done every day rather superficially, shampoos / soaps / gels / tea / coffee were added as they were used, but towels and bed linen were not changed, only everything was made up and folded. Upon check-in, it was announced that towels and linen were changed every 3 days, but nothing changed on the 5th day of stay and only after 3 (!) requests at the reception, towels were replaced.
Further. We were 3 adults, and when booking we indicated that we needed a room with 3 separate beds. Guess what happened when you checked in?!)) Right! We were accommodated in a room with one double bed and one single bed. For 4 days we went to the reception and asked us to "settle", the result is exactly 0, only some vague excuses. Then we just accepted our fate in terms of sleeping places and stopped asking about resettlement.
The restaurant at the hotel is small, there is not enough for two buildings, there is always a queue for food, for a clean plate, for a clean fork, and then you go and look for a place to sit. The chef is a separate song, at first glance it seems super charming and helpful, but this is only at first glance) For a certain amount of money, the chef books tables, that is, "all inclusive" but not all))
The food in the restaurant is the same every day. There seem to be a lot of plates with food on display, but in fact there is no choice. One plate with tomatoes, next to a separate plate with cucumbers and then a plate with tomatoes and cucumbers mixed)) And so it is with absolutely all food. Of the fruits, there were only green tangerines and apples, sometimes grapes. The juice is chymous. If you want some kind of soda / cocktail, then only at the bar and no more than one glass in hand, and I don't care that there are 3 people at the table, everyone should come for their portion. With alcohol and tea (!!!) the same story.
We left the hotel at 16:00, the room needs to be handed over at 12:00, when the room is handed over, the bracelet is cut off and no drinks are given at the bar during lunch, they say you are now a stranger) Thank you for at least letting me have lunch under the gaze of the waiters and the chef himself, otherwise some reviews write that they refuse lunch.
To sum up: the hotel is clearly not 4*, the service and cuisine do not pull at all. As a hotel for a couple of days without meals - approx.
