We had a rest at the hotel at the end of October. Nice hotel, small and cozy rooms. They cleaned well. Thanks to the chef, it was always delicious! Breakfast is mostly eggs and omelets, buns that they bake themselves. Lunch and dinner were varied and fish, beef, and chicken. And of course, many thanks to Administrator Kerem. He made the first impression of the hotel. Speaks excellent Russian! If you had any questions, I always helped. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to everything you might need from laundry and currency exchange, to a pharmacy and small shops where everything is available) And of course Cleopatra Beach! This is a heavenly place! The only thing that I didn't like about the words at all was the restaurant, which is located next to the hotel, and in the evenings I can't say that they sang, but rather yelled, screamed songs. It was terrible! Even the closed door didn 't help . Our room overlooked the mountains. And so the best impression, thanks Candelor!

We had a rest in late October-early November. It is convenient that the hotel is in the city center, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, shops and cafes are nearby. The service is not bad. The food is a bit monotonous, but there was enough to eat. It is better to come to the restaurant at the very beginning, otherwise you will not taste the fruit, everything will be sorted out. The rooms are cleaned every day, and in order to change the bed linen and towels, it is necessary to remind. Creepy bath towels, all wiped, do not absorb moisture. We went on 3 excursions. Everything is clear here, according to plan. Keep in mind that the trip to the Taza mountains will take all day, it took a very long time to gather people at the hotels and drove for a long time. Excursions are purely for impressions of nature, there are no informative moments about the history of the country at all. But in general, it is a solid 4.

Hello everyone, I want to share a wonderful hotel. Let's start with the location - it is very convenient, near exchangers, shops, the sea, restaurants. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, the air conditioner cools well , no noise interfered, it's quiet and calm. The staff knows their business and can provide a lot of valuable information. Kitchen - the assortment is large and different, everything is very tasty, alcohol - red wine , white , gin, vodka , whiskey , beer, never hurt and very tasty alcohol! The room is comfortable, clean, the cleaning has always been at the highest level! In general, 100 out of 100, I really liked it and I have a desire to come back here again.

A wonderful hotel! The beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace, along the way there are shops with beach accessories, grocery stores, fitness rooms, cafes, exchangers. The beach is municipal, sun beds, umbrellas are paid. During our vacation (from 09.06 to 17.06), 50 lira (150 rubles) for 1 sunbed or 1 umbrella, if paid at the hotel, and 100 lira each if bought on the beach. Cleopatra Beach is simply amazing! The sea is clear, the entrance is gentle. The hotel is clean everywhere, the staff is very friendly, they will always prompt and answer all questions without intrusiveness. The rooms are cleaned with high quality, towels are often changed, bed linen is changed every 3 days. The food is varied and very tasty. Initially, there were no high expectations for food in view of 4 stars, but our fears were in vain. The chef himself goes out into the hall every time, asks the vacationers about their impressions. For breakfast there were eggs, omelette, French fries, vegetables, greens, sausages, porridge, breakfast cereals with milk. For lunch - chicken, beef, baked vegetables, pasta, pasta, rice, schnitzels, soup, salads, herbs, sweets. Dinner was almost the same, but often grilled chicken, there was also grilled fish. Everything is very tasty! The hotel has a small pool with sun beds, which are better to occupy early. After 23.00, the music by the pool turns off, but it also plays softly during the day. There is no animation, that's how we needed it. The noise in the evening from the neighboring establishments did not interfere, as they fell asleep immediately. A hotel for a relaxing holiday for those who go to relax on the beach, have a delicious meal, if you want to go out to the city in a cafe and shopping center or just take a walk on the embankment in the evening, and at the same time for adequate money. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the rest!

I was vacationing with my daughter at this hotel from July 8-18. A wonderful hotel in the center of Alanya . It is, of course, small, but everything is nearby: pharmacies, shops, main streets, the port, Damlatash cave and the fortress. The food is at the highest level, everything is delicious at home, the staff is attentive, the rooms are clean. I am happy with the hotel, well done to everyone who works there. We also liked the rooms themselves, they look good, but there was not even plain water in the mini-bar, but we did not even have time to reach ordinary water) there is an electric kettle with coffee and tea, but without water))
Separately about the bar: the bar is really lame, which is very sad. Mostly only beer and wine are made from alcohol. We drank whiskey and Coke only once and only one glass each. It's about the same with gin and vodka. In general, it's good that we thought of taking a bottle of whiskey from Russia)
There is no entertainment program, vacationers were congratulated on their birthdays.
But we didn't need an entertainment program, because we explored Alanya and came to the hotel only to eat and sleep)
There are a lot of cute kitties in the open area, this is some kind of special atmosphere)
The location of the hotel is not bad, near the best Cleopatra beach, the embankment, many shops, pharmacies, coffee shops, in general, a city hotel.
We will give 4 stars just because of the bar, because there have been reviews about it before and it doesn't change in any way.
And in general, we recommend vacationers who, like us, do not want to sit still at the hotel, but just come to a good place after long walks)

I'm staying at this hotel, I was chosen based on reviews that are cute and positive. In fact, it turned out that with a good kitchen and a smiling chef, the bar leaves much to be desired, both in terms of staff and in terms of the quality of alcohol and the work of bartenders. Only children work, about five people who perform several functions at once, waiters and bartenders. With knowledge of Russian and English, there is a problem. When asked to pour rum and cola in proportions of 50-50 (this is a percentage), you are poured 30-40 grams of rum and 150-170 grams of Cola, in fact you have to drink cola with rum flavor. This also applies to other drinks, whiskey, gin. The vodka is disgusting, even the smell, not to mention the taste, the gallic moonshine is not of the best quality. At the same time, there is no rum, whiskey, or gin in the bar after 30 minutes of lunch or dinner. This is an all inclusive hotel.
Please do not think that this comment is left by an alcoholic who came to drink on the balloon. It is simply not possible to drink their local alcohol, remember the stories of poisoning.
And finally, I witnessed how the so-called bartenders sell alcohol (in bottles) in the evening by a hotel guest.

We are currently resting at the Kandelor Hotel. I liked it very much, although we doubted it when we were driving, now we do not regret it. The hotel is good, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach slowly, you can shop along the way. The hotel has a very friendly staff, friendly, smiling, the chef always comes out to the hall during breakfast, lunch and dinner, and asks vacationers about the quality of products. The assortment is varied, everything is delicious, (I especially liked the eggplant in mustard- sour cream sauce), the room is clean, the towel is changed during, and in general the maids are friendly, smiling, not one rude word. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Excellent for a solid "5".Thank you for your hospitality.

I came to this hotel by accident. Lived in block B, family room. The room is renovated. The location of the hotel is normal. The beach is a 6-minute easy walk away. There are shops and cafes along the way. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, there is no noise of cars. The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. The only "BUT" is dinner. The food is extremely primitive, BUT queues!!! The queues are big for 15 minutes. The choice of food is very poor, you should not count on "delicious food". And both breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great hotel, 10 minutes from the beach. There are no problems with wi-fi. The food is European, delicious, and varied enough for 4*. There are different cocktails in the bar, there are no complaints about the quality of alcohol. Since the hotel is located in the city in the evening, it is noisy at night from neighboring establishments. There is a swimming pool and sun beds (very comfortable). Not far from the hotel there is a small supermarket with normal prices (which are indicated on the shelves). I rested in a 2-bed standard room, one closet door did not open and one switch did not work, otherwise everything was in order, the bed was large and soft, the room itself was always clean.
The hotel has a good location, there is a bus stop nearby, as well as a good currency exchange on the way to the beach.
As a result, the hotel was very pleasantly surprised, I thought it would be much worse, I recommend this hotel for selection.

I really didn't like the attitude towards the guests. The maids came to clean at inconvenient times for us and it was difficult for them to come an hour earlier or later. It turned out to be agreed only for the 4th day, after an unpleasant conversation with the administrator.
The food in the restaurant is about the same every day. Of the fruits, there were only tangerines and apples, once there were grapes.
For lunch, for example, broccoli could be served. And for dinner, the same broccoli only with cheese.

We were at the hotel in mid-November. I liked the room, according to the filling: a double bed (soft, clean), one thick blanket, one thin waffle sheet (comon, there are two of us!). On the first day, I got a cockroach in the shower. The shower room itself is clean and well ventilated. Cleaning every day, linen was changed twice, towels every other day. The room was on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool. Very, very soundproof, you can hear everything. Two nights in a row there were fights under the windows at night, one with the police, it is impossible to sleep. Under the windows, the guests sang songs until nightfall, everything is very audible (The restaurant (dishes) is small, places for dinner had to be occupied in half an hour, otherwise you won't sit down. Queues for hot dishes (I can't imagine what's going on in the season). The waiters clean well, quickly, and everyone is polite. We were settled earlier than expected, thanks a lot for that. I chose the hotel because of its location, close to Cleopatra beach, many points of interest can be reached/walked.

We have been to Turkey 8 times and the first time I was in such a terrible hotel. We were vacationing with my wife and friends. Of course, I knew that this is a city hotel and the rest is not supposed to be the same as in hotels with their own beach and their own territory. Let me start in order. The drive from the airport to the hotel is about 2 hours. The hotel is urban - the territory is small with one swimming pool. Check-in at the hotel at 14:00. We were given a room in the main building on the 2nd floor. The room is an ordinary small one for two people, not even very old. The room has air conditioning, TV, kettle, Wi-Fi - in general, everything you need is there. Cleaning was done every day, I have no complaints about it (even they made some figures out of towels and put their own shampoos and gels). The only thing is that the duvet cover was not changed after the previous guests, but after going to the reception, the situation was corrected. However, at the reception they said that why did they not come right up (apparently in this hotel it is customary to go to bed and get blankets from the closet immediately after check-in at 14:00). Breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the hotel are ordinary, although the choice is modest. There is always a meat dish for lunch and dinner, but there is usually a queue for it and this is in NOVEMBER, and it's scary to imagine what happens in high season. In terms of food, if you don't eat Lobsters every day, you will find your own dish and you will not stay hungry. The food is delicious - we must pay tribute to the Chef. The chef is always present in the restaurant and oversees the cleaning of tables and the accommodation of guests. Respect to him for that. A huge disadvantage in the kitchen is the lack of TEA. There is tea in the morning and you can pour it for yourself, but at lunch and in the evening it should be taken at the bar, where it always ended (Do you feel sorry for tea?). The walk to the beach takes from 5 to 10 minutes. Cleopatra Beach. There is sand on the beach and in the sea - it is comfortable to go into the sea. The beach itself is beautiful. Of the ADVANTAGES in this hotel, perhaps THAT's ALL.
NOW THE CONS:
Cockroaches were found in the shower stall (photo attached), so they also live in the hotel!!!!
I want to warn you about the Bar separately. THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING BAR WITH THE SAME BARTENDERS!!!!! The bar PERIODICALLY had beer, vodka, whiskey, gin (all made in Turkey), no one requires imported alcohol from a 4-star hotel. Why periodically - yes, because all the alcohol was RUNNING OUT (whiskey Finish and even Beer Finish). Yes, even the Beer was running out by 20:00. The bartender was constantly rude and sent to the Chef. The chef is responsible for the kitchen and bar at this hotel. All trips to the reception ended in nothing. Kerim (a Russian-speaking) guy is present at the reception during the day, who either does not know and does not remember anything, or he is not responsible for the bar and the kitchen as well. The question is, why is it needed? Should I check into the room and put on a bracelet? The chef told everyone about some representative who apparently went to Istanbul for alcohol (judging by the rate of alcohol appearance). The next day, alcohol appeared, but also ended around 20:00 (and most of the guests, including us, went to the sea after breakfast, came for lunch and then back to the beach). For me, the presence of alcohol is not the most important thing, but WHY declare the concept - all inclusive. Then write honestly that alcohol is not included and do not deceive the guests. I observed this picture at lunch: a Russian-speaking girl approached the bartender (she was vacationing with her husband and three children) and asked for 5 tea - the bartender refused and asked - why 5 tea? I won't give that much and poured her 1 glass, although the whole family was sitting not far from the bar and there were 5 of them (the bartender saw it perfectly). How should a child bring himself hot tea? I generally consider this to be LAWLESSNESS!!!! If the bartender does not want to work and always stands with a dissatisfied face - maybe why such a bartender (the boss cannot influence the bartender - all the guests complained)? Alcohol was also given a maximum of 2 glasses per hand, although there are 4 people sitting at the table.
We were at the end of the season and a bus picked us and other tourists up from the hotel at 16:00, so we had breakfast, and no one fed us lunch (although they promised at the reception), at least they gave us some kind of bun or sandwich. But the worst thing is that we sat down at the tables in the restaurant (we had cheese with us) - friends took bread from the kitchen table in the hall, the restaurant staff saw it and took the bread to the kitchen. Our friends asked to take out the bread - they were refused - they said THE BREAD WAS OVER - SHAMEFUL!!! I have never seen such a bestial attitude towards people in any hotel in Turkey!!!
If I had not been to Turkey before and did not know that this is a wonderful and beautiful country with its own history, with hospitable and original people, I would have decided that I had been brought to another country.
A trip to Turkey for the first time in your life to this hotel will forever discourage a tourist from coming to Turkey AGAIN!!!!
NOT a FOOT IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE!!! IF SOMEONE WAS GOING TO GO TO THIS HOTEL, IT'S NOT WORTH IT, THE REST WILL DEFINITELY BE RUINED!!!!

A wonderful hotel. The hotel has 3 buildings. In the first building there is a restaurant, a swimming pool, a reception. In the second there is a gym, in the third there is a spa and a hammam. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style. The chef is a professional in his field. Meat, vegetables, fruits, fish, slicing, salads, desserts - everyone will find something delicious for themselves. The pool is not big. Cleopatra Beach and the sea are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a gorgeous playground and sports courts near the sea.

The staff of the dining room and bar are just waiting for tips. At the bar, mint tea was poured into a coffee cup, and when I asked for a normal container, they said that for money. And it's called all inclusive.

We rested in Candelora several times. At first, we kind of liked everything, both the price and the quality of the services. A separate word about the beach is a fairy tale!the hotel is without frills, the rooms are not new , but not dirty or smoky.because there are balconies everywhere. We were in the central building, where the reception is. If the room goes out into the courtyard, it smelled like a kitchen, it was noisy outside, tourists were brought in and taken away, a garbage truck arrived, there was a karaoke restaurant across the square. The food was good until the last two races.due to inflation , everything was cut and simplified . So, grilled fish was only 1 time in our check-in. And once, there was something like a shawarma on the grill. Hungry .of course, no one will stay, but everything is learned in comparison. A nice sweet table, lots of cakes.not very good with fruits -apples, oranges, pears. The staff is polite, but we are supervised all the time. Either the owner or his father is always at the hotel. If you like to drink a lot, then not here. Yes , they do , but with a glass of wine or beer . It seems that cocktails were made, but we are not very interested in this, so we were satisfied with everything. The sea is not far away, walking in small steps for 5-7 minutes. Through Attatürk Avenue, then a small square and the sea. None of the locals stops at pedestrian intersections , it's not like ours -maybe cross the street , we ask you very much, there you need to look around. Wait for everyone to pass and fly faster . On the beach, sun beds and umbrellas are paid, we bought an umbrella and two sun beds at the reception at the hotel -90. It is not known how many in 2024 . We haven't gone yet. While we are no longer going to this hotel , it has become unreasonably expensive .

We arrived today. We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. The hotel is small, but the rooms are very cozy, well, at least we had one. Cleaning every day, they even hung a sign so that they would not clean every day. It's close to the sea, I didn't spot it, but for me, it's very close. The waiter guys are always in the mood, they bring drinks, they clear the table on time. The dishes are not very clean, they took another plate. There was always enough food. At the reception, Gunel and Kerim, this is a separate love, Well, for me it's a minus, paid sun beds (although not expensive) and the lack of a bar on the beach, sometimes we missed lunch, an incredible amount of money was left in the paid bar on the beach

The best service and the most friendly staff! We've never been looked after like this! We have been to different hotels of the highest level, but here the humanity, smiles and attention are off the scale! Thanks to the receptionist, I always tried to help with any question. We stayed at this hotel from November 8 to November 14, 2024. The hotel is located in the center of Alanya, a 5-minute walk to the sea. The room is comfortable, the furniture is good. Cleaning every day, but without mopping the floors (they took out the trash, changed gray towels, wiped the toilet). The room has a refrigerator, a TV (4 Russian-language channels), a kettle. Elshat and Kerim, who speak excellent Russian, are at the reception. Very responsive guys, always prompt, listen. Now for the restaurant: the breakfasts are poor, there were not enough milk porridges, yoghurts... Lunches and dinners are varied, fish was fried twice, there was also chicken, beef goulash. Apples and tangerines were made from fruits, they were disassembled in the first 15 minutes. For dessert, a variety of cakes, baklava. They gave a delicious cake for dinner, but after 5 minutes it was gone, a real hunt was underway for it. Although the chef controlled the entire process in the hall, his attitude towards Europeans was much better than towards Russian speakers. At 19:00, all strong alcoholic beverages were running out in the bar, only beer and wine remained. There are tip boxes all around. There is a karaoke bar next to the hotel, from which songs were shouted every day until 3 a.m., and one night there was even a fight. In general, the hotel is 3, not 4 stars.

Отдыхала в начале мая 2023 .Замечательная Гостинница, для тех, кто любит погулять. Есть кто говорит на русском , всё в шаговой доступности, пляж Клеопатры (моя любовь) 5 минут хотьбы , магазинчики, кафе, торговые центры не далеко. Персонал отличный, питание без излишеств, голодными не останетесь, точно. Безалкогольные напитки в достатке, алкоголь-пиво, вино, коктейли не всегда в наличии и разбавленные до уровня вода, ракы, тоже не всегда. В номере уютно, чисто, постельное меняли раз в 3 дня, не всегда обновляли кондиционер и шампунь, но, всё решаемо. В целом, всё достойно, рекомендую.

The food is simple, there is not enough variety for someone, but it was fine for me, rice, hot, salads. For breakfast, yes, there were not enough cheesecakes and oatmeal) The cook greets everyone, a very nice man. The main thing is the sea, I flew for it, went to the beach every day, swam, the sea is transparent, clean, warm, the beach is huge, there were few people at the beginning of November, the weather is fabulous, I am very happy with the rest! The location is good, 10 minutes to the beach. The beach (Cleopatra) is clean, the entrance to the water is good. There are mostly Germans and Russian speakers around.

We rested from the end of April to the beginning of May 2024.
Pros : excellent service, location, the sea is 5 minutes away, bed linen was changed every day. The air conditioning in the room saved from the stuffiness and the feeling of dirt. Delicious food, cooked from the heart :) The guests are almost all Russian tourists .
Minuses : the food is not always varied , the room is small , there has never been cleaning in 11 days of stay , there is no water , tea in the room . I also didn 't like the noise in front of the house , where construction has been going on since 7 a.m. The contingent is mainly pensioners.
For unpretentious guests, it's pretty good for its price. Because it wasn't expensive and we were rarely in the room, I don't have any complaints about 3*. But if you want more comfort, cleanliness and variety of food, you should choose a more expensive hotel. I would like to note that the staff most often speak Russian , or at least understand it .

Пляж Клеопатра, можно погулять по набережной, кафе рядом , клубы минут 15, 20 пешком , рядом порт , красная башня, пещера дамлаташ, красивые парки, много магазинов 🔥🔥🔥 . Если вы хотите , чтобы всё было рядом и не ездить на автобусе , то вам сюда!!!😂😉

Special thanks to the kitchen, everything is always delicious, everyone found it to their taste. The chef was always in the hall, approached each table, charged us with his smile and mood. We didn't drink alcohol, but some of the guests had empty glasses and were offered more. The rooms are clean, cleaning is done daily. We had rooms in building 1 and 3, in 1 - excellent rooms, in 3 - 2-room rooms, slightly simpler and inconveniently placed sockets, otherwise everything is fine. I didn't go to the gym, but those who had the desire went, according to reviews, it's simple, but you can practice. Opposite there is a playground and a tennis table, rackets and balls are given at the reception, in the evenings we went to play. The pool is clean and comfortable. The beach is 5 minutes away. Sun beds are paid, with a discount, but we did not take them - we went to the sea in the morning and in the evening))
Our company was of different ages from 6 years old to 73, everyone was satisfied and happy.

The dining room and the chef, whom everyone praises for some reason, with his team of waiters is a separate story! If you are ready to listen to moralizing from this team of "vice police", then you have come to that hotel. You will be constantly reminded for the whole hall, so that it is not common for other tourists, YOU can not take two tangerines-you eat a LOT! You can't take two glasses of wine-you drink a LOT! Yes, and if you suddenly wanted a glass of fanta and beer at the same time, then this is an unacceptable luxury! It is necessary to make a choice! Either fanta or beer! Everything is constantly ending, the Bar is open from 11.00 to 23.00, but this is not so! There is no one in the bar and you have to look for a waiter, and most often your visit to the bar will not be approved. The chef and waiters are constantly dissatisfied with tourists - they eat a lot, then drink a lot! Although during their stay at the hotel, all tourists rested very adequate and intelligent. Two fish were given twice in two weeks. If you are ready to eat chicken cooked according to the same recipe at lunch and dinner every day, three types of first course in two weeks and YOU LIKE TO STAND IN LINE FOR THIRTY MINUTES to get a portion of CHICKEN, then you are in this hotel to the miracle chef! But, customers who come from the street to take food to the dining room of this hotel for cash are very welcomed by the chef! Maybe for this very reason, tourists who come on vouchers to the Kandelor Hotel are constantly told that everything is over. And for customers from the street, everything is immediately available. I got the feeling that the staff of the Kandelor Hotel would be very happy if the tourists who paid for the tours using the All inclusive system would leave the next day from there, because they had already received the payment, so we tourists really annoyed them!
