Change it well, I agree. but they tell me-no, I need to transfer this amount to a card or come to pay in cash.We don't have money, we have to go to the supplier to buy, then deliver, etc. This is the first time I've met with such a desk. Somehow I persuaded the master. They agreed to buy it with their own money.They took it away and paid off. We glued the glass for an additional 20 rubles for a total of 170. Although the glass is usually 15 rubles.Well, what can you take from such people.They returned it a day later. The screen went off. A day later, they called back and said that the defective screen was given to the supplier for examination (i.e. to the market).In a normal workshop, they would have replaced it immediately and given it away, and they would have dealt with the supplier themselves.But they buy one screen at a time for the client's money, who will work with them and take them seriously.. As a result, the phone was given back after 3 weeks. everything seems to be fine with the screen and the battery shows a charge of 1 percent.It's also a waste of time to go and change the battery. I took the video card for repair, it lay there for a month and a half, everyone was fed breakfast, etc. Today I took it and took it to another workshop and it was made in one day… I do not recommend it to anyone

Terrible service, took a video card for repair, took an advance payment, due to the fact that it was a very expensive repair, as a result, nothing was fixed and the money was not returned for repairs, which did not exist

On November 26, 2021, my video card stopped working .
after surfing the Internet , I found out that we don't have many repair shops that repair video cards .
after finding this site and talking with the master, the master agreed to come to my house and pick up the video card for repair (he was on his way, and I was at home with the children and there was no time to leave them). the master took the video card saying that it was a matter of a couple of weeks .
within a month, the master made excuses (or did not make excuses), told me how hard my video card was "rising" and most likely that it was a "healthy" chip
On December 24, 2021, the master writes that he is ill, but the video card is ready and he wants to give it right the next day. and he disappears .....
disappears-that is, he does not take the phone, in the workshop where he works, no one knows where he is either. and no one knows where my video card is located.but they really promise to look for it .
it turns out that the master took the video card to his home, and repaired it there . and now you need to specially go to this master to pick her up from there. (this is all according to the rest of the employees of this company , they often change there )
5.1.2022 I once again dialed into the workshop where I was told that the video card was in disassembled condition and it was located throughout the workshop.
there were also a lot of conversations with different craftsmen from this workshop . I was promised many times that it was ready and I could come pick it up , but upon arrival it turned out that no one had collected it . once I was even promised by another master (like their boss\director\ owner) that he would bring her home to me. But, alas. After that, it seemed that all the masters had gone on sick leave.
On 24.1.2022 , I managed to contact an employee of the office of this wonderful company . I do not know exactly what she was doing, but after listening to me, she offered a couple of solutions to the problem (up to this point there was no information whether my video card was repaired or not (I will clarify that the video card is not cheap))
an office employee offered for my convenience and for the convenience of everyone just to take the monetary equivalent (as we calculated another story)
I was asked to send the phone number. the money never went through .
the office worker apologized profusely and created another transfer, which also failed .
in general, only today 1,02,2022 I received money for the video card . so I didn't find out if my video card was repaired or not, so I can't say anything about the quality of the repair.

If you have found this company, do not contact here, close the tab and forget the name. I really regret that I did not read the reviews before applying.
I brought a monitor with non-working HDMI. after 2 months (instead of 2-3 weeks), I took it away, tired of the constant "breakfasts". Bottom line: the monitor IS NOT WORKING AT ALL!
Customer focus is zero. How many straight hands the master did not even manage to find out, because familiar masters get in without a queue and forget about the rest of the customers. I wouldn't be surprised if the orders have been lying around for weeks. I made conclusions about this company for myself.

It was necessary to solder the USB 3.0 connector, the result is terrible. All the legs are at different heights, and soldered crookedly, two legs are missing altogether, the "master" decided that they were not involved. As expected, the result is deplorable, the connector does not work. I do not recommend this workshop to anyone.
The worst service I've ever encountered. On the day of the request, I was promised that the phone would be ready within 24 hours. They asked for twice as much money as agreed.
The next day it turned out that they did not even read what the fault was, but decided to "fix" the port, which was not even broken, "because it helps most often."
The phone was kept in service for three! for a month, once a week, telling me that in a couple of days they will definitely fix it "when they find the part." The part was never found. During the repair, they were only able to open the battery, saying that "it swelled up."When I took the phone, it turned out that they could not return the prepayment "because there is no money in the cash register." They gave only half, promising to return the rest to the phone "after lunch." It's been a week, I'm still waiting.
