I do not recommend this organization. I turned to the laptop for diagnostics, and a week later I was informed that the video chip allegedly failed. The only solution offered was to switch the laptop to embedded graphics, effectively making it suitable only for watching videos and surfing the Internet. The cost of this “service” would be 400 rubles. When I asked if there were other options, they answered in the negative.
When I suggested replacing the video chip myself, it turned out that they did not have such chips. I offered to purchase it myself, but the price of the work remained at the same 400 rubles, which surprised me unpleasantly.
As a result, I decided to contact another workshop — Fix2Fast, and I did not regret it. The specialists there quickly found the real problem, which turned out to be related to nutrition, and fixed it for 290 rubles.
When I took the laptop from the first workshop, I asked what exactly the problem was, but I did not get a clear answer — only the general “video chip died". It seems that their main goal is just to earn money, not to solve the client's problem.

They practically do not do anything themselves, they give it to third-party organizations, respectively, and prices because of this. In 2023, they made a laptop for me for 3 months and did not do it. They said there were problems in the matrix, they bought a new one, but they didn't just buy it but prepaid, they couldn't see it any other way (which is already a lie) and what do you think, the laptop didn't work, they said to wait more, they will look for a problem. They gave it to a third-party organization that determined that the video card was burned, and voila. With scandals, he beat the money back for unnecessary replacement of the matrix, the money was given in half with grief, the new matrix was taken away, the old one was put in place. They will not be able to do anything, there are no spare parts and there will be no new or used ones. And so, a year later, I found the spare parts that I needed, called the master at home, the person came, changed, turn on the laptop and it turns on but the matrix does not, the picture goes through VGA to the monitor, there is no laptop fault, we decided to disassemble the matrix, suddenly they did not connect, forgot in this service, and we see that yes, they did not connect, we are trying to connect and we see that the matrix is not from my laptop at all and I have a 40-pin cable on the matron and 30 pins on the matrix. Accordingly, they didn't give a damn what to throw into the laptop instead of the new matrix that they took for themselves, if they gave the money, then they didn't care what to put on it. And there are also some bolts missing in the laptop and a couple of plugs. When I talked about the shortcomings on the spot, they said look for it, we will return it, we will call so no one called. So in no case do not contact them if you do not want to waste time, nerves and money. I would put minus 5 or zero if possible. Yes, and now they say that they don't know me, they can't find me not by phone, but by last name and first name or by the order number that remained a sticker on the laptop. They say it's been a little over a year, and they don't have any more information stored...
After several unsuccessful attempts in other places, where they could not help me with the problem, I was met here by real professionals in their field. The masters listened carefully to my problems, conducted a thorough diagnosis and explained exactly what needed to be done. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and my computer is working like new again!

Terrible company! Prices are simply taken from the head and they do not correspond to our realities. I called a week ago and asked how much it would cost to install the software on the set-top box, they said 30p. After that, a week later, I arrived, gave the console, and asked how long it would take, realizing that I couldn't wait that long, I just asked to create a local disk on the hard drive so that I could install the software on the console myself. The master created a hard drive for a minute and said this service costs 45p, a MINUTE OF HIS TIME.
And the entire installation of the software cost, according to the master on the phone, 30p. Think further for yourself…
I contacted them a few days ago about fixing the JBL Tune510 headphones. I thought that the problem was serious, related to the microchip, because the headphones did not want to connect to bluetooth devices. However, in reality, it was all about the button. Before this workshop, I was with highly qualified specialists with a problem : the SSD stopped working and soldered 1 wiring to the cooler.
How it all ended🤦🏻♂️ 1.5 weeks, they told stories about what a problematic laptop, that it was necessary to throw a new SSD or hdd and the cooler died and the bios settings were not in order , in general they gave it back and also so soldered that they spoiled even more with damage to some whole spare parts 🤦🏻♂️ even managed to scratch the lid and They left garbage inside the laptop.
In the campus office, all questions were solved in 44 minutes without fairy tales. It turns out that the cooler was working and the SSD does not need to be changed and the BIOS is fine.

After cleaning the sticky keys (I spilled juice, the mechanisms were glued, and surface self–cleaning did not help much - the aesthetics of the new device collapsed too early) everything worked quite smoothly, I was offered to check the keys on the spot myself.
I damaged one small button trying to remove it from the mount, because of this, then it was constantly removed when pressed crookedly. I don't know how they saw it, but the mounting hook was bent. But they bent it back and the key is now sitting well (in the chat they estimated a hypothetical replacement for a new one at 15 rubles, but it was lucky that the condition was not deplorable – they did it as if for sport)

They brought the MacBook for cleaning. At first, they named one cost, but after a while they called back and called another amount due to the fact that the MacBook was Pro. This immediately indicates that the laptop was not even looked at during acceptance. After cleaning, the laptop broke down and stopped charging. When they took it away, the center did not even say that it was discharged and, as a result, did not check it themselves. I had to spend a lot of time on the road while the center was figuring out what was wrong with the laptop. Their diagnostics did not show anything, but they immediately offered repairs for it is unclear what for 350 rubles. There was no guarantee. Due to the urgency, I had to be carried to another center. When they wanted to pick it up after the "diagnosis", they had to wait for 2 hours, because the computer turned out to be in another office and was disassembled. After this nightmare, they asked to reimburse the cost of repairs, to which they replied, "You broke it yourself and demand money from us."

As a result, the next day master Dmitry called me and said the repair is a penny, all you need to do is replace the RAM bar. It was burnt out and the laptop didn't want to turn on with it. I do not advise anyone to contact here. I wanted to replace the screen in the tablet, the book, and see what's with the fitness tracker. They immediately said it would be difficult with the book, since it is colored. For the rest, they said that it would take a couple of days to see the details, then they would call back. I gave it away on Tuesday. No one called back until the end of the week. The following Tuesday, i.e. a week later, I called back myself exactly. When I started looking at how much you can find the screen. Guys, what have you been doing all week? They said about the tracker that everything is fine with it, they didn't do anything and it works. Then I understood everything, came and just took everything. OK, even if it works based on the results of your diagnosis, when did you want to tell me about it? No one was going to. I also paid for the diagnostics. With the tracker, after a couple of days, of course, the problem arose again. Plus, for some reason, the screen fell apart altogether, as if it was being unwound after all. In general, I can't say anything good about customer orientation and work at all.
A good workshop. I applied to restore the flash drive. The work was completed in a couple of hours and for 15 rubles. Other workshops promised to make the same flash drive in a few days and more than 300 rubles. So it's better to make a choice in favor of this workshop
