I give 3 stars only to Dr. Erokhina Valentina. Thank her very much. But the establishment is losing revenue because of the woman at the registration table. There was no badge, an aged, well-groomed, thin blonde who rolled her eyes to the sky when I informed her that I had documents from another state. Because of this attitude, I didn't even think about ordering prescription glasses from them. I went to another place. Customer orientation and customer service are at "0" for this lady, or a salary without sales motivation.
