Worst customer service ever. I have seen many banks in the past around the world, and I never spent more than 15 min in each for currency exchange. The long line was not because the transactions are very long or the number of people waiting in the line, but the number of cashiers that didn't do anything (2 of them just looking and pretending to work, and the other two processing clients). After waiting for 45 minutes, I was finally able to exchange my currency. The lady gives me so much attitude when I ask why other people are not helping customers and why there is no privacy for clients.
Anyway, if you have an option to go somewhere else to exchange money, you probably should.

Нужно было срочно купить Евро.Как всегда "пошел" на Банки.ру для поиска хорошего курса и надежного банка. Выбор пал на Камкомбанк, во первых выгодный курс, во вторых я был недалеко от офиса на проспекте Вернадского. Офис расположен на первом этаже, при входе терминал для электронной очереди. После получения талончика подождал примерно 10 минут, так как была не большая очередь. Персонал вежливый , на просьбу не давать 500 евро одной бумажкой, нашли купюры меньше и обеняли. В общем впечатления положительные. И да, при операции есть комиссия 200 рублей . Еще бы рекомендовал перед посещением зарезервировать через сайт необходимую вам валюту, я этого не сделал , но мне помогла сотрудник, которая сидела при входе. Сотрудники очень вежливые, помогли как при входе девушка, так и уже при обмене пошли на встречу.
