We are vacationing with a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 11) in this guest house for the second time. We were here for the first time in August-September 2022 and here we are again!
Wonderful hosts Arthur and his son Moka are very kind and helpful people. They will show you everything, tell you everything about the city (where to buy, where to eat, how to get to the sea). They respond to any request, help in everything that you need (please do not misunderstand). For example, something happened to the sound on our laptop and it became impossible to watch a movie. When asked if there might be a column, Moka brought a column and left it for us until the end of the vacation. After a week of living, they wanted to change the room for a change and moved from the third floor to the second. There are no difficulties in communication. Everything is literally from the Heart!
The house itself is cozy, clean and beautiful, with high-quality modern renovation, and not with grandma's carpets and linoleum 😀😀😀
The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. Wi-Fi catches everything perfectly.
A rather large kitchen with a lot of dishes and cutlery. Three refrigerators, a microwave oven, a kettle, an electric gas stove. A spacious dining room where you can not only eat, but also do homework for children, work at the computer for adults (if necessary, of course).
A stunning courtyard with various southern plants, including fruit-bearing ones (figs, pears, grapes, tangerines (come for tangerines, though, in January).
There are 1,260 steps to the sea from the house, which is a little more than a kilometer along a straight road. A great way to avoid accumulating extra fat during your vacation!
On the way to the sea or from the sea, I recommend the cafe "Seli-ate", where the wonderful and hospitable Augustina will feed you delicious dishes for every taste. The cafe is located on the corner of Marganiya and Kiaraz streets, next to the police department.
Summarizing the above, I will say that this is a great place for those who are looking for a calm and measured family vacation! I definitely recommend it and I am sure that we will return to Gudauta, we will return to Kamila.
Nice guest house. There are beautiful plants, flowers on the territory, swings, hammock, barbecue. We had a clean room, a fairly spacious bathroom. I was pleased to have a place for a car in the yard. One of the disadvantages is the kitchen. The dining area is excellent and spacious, but the kitchen itself has only one stove, consisting of two gas and two electric burners, and only one electric kettle. This is very inconvenient, considering the number of rooms and people arriving at the same time in the house. There are very long queues for the stove and kettle. We were also upset by frequent power outages (it is clear that this is the fault of the local power grids, but in this case the owners usually purchase a generator), and since the water from the well does not work, and it was also missing.
Calm, cozy. The hosts are polite and attentive. The guest house has its own library for every taste. Own parking. Convenient location .We rested twice. On our next trips to Abkhazia, we will stay in Kamila. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, go to Kamila
