We have already gone to Camellia 4 times. We were at the C-club and in Fulia and in Selina.
It's always a pleasure to go to this place.
The rest is great!
*Disadvantages*:
* 2.5 elevators for the entire Main building. Why 2.5? Because there are 2 full-fledged ones and one goes only to the lobby.. and the restaurant is located on the 1st floor.. you will not come down to the beginning of lunch /dinner.
* Restaurant schedule:
And all that's in the break - you won't eat much. There is a snack bar with Turkish tortillas, which are prepared in front of you. Like kutabs, but you can't get enough of it. And there are a couple of bars in a huge area with burgers, which is not very good for children..:-)
* Towels start to be given / changed only from 9:00. That is, you won't take it / change it right after breakfast.
* Terrible room cleaning. Our daughter scattered some French fries on the second day.. this potato has been lying for 6 days. Even despite the Signs asking to clean the room and the tips of the maid. For the whole vacation (12 days) - they haven't vacuumed anything at our place. New toilet paper was just brought. I mean, they didn't even bother to fix it in place, they just put a new roll under the mirror and that's it :-)))
* The tables in the restaurant are very poorly cleaned after meals. That is, if there are crumbs or leftovers on the chair, they will remain there until the end of the meal period (the whole breakfast, the whole lunch or the whole dinner).
* Tables are served very slowly with new items when new guests sit down at the table.
It's faster to go to the bartender for drinks yourself than to wait for the waiter to offer you. (I'm talking about the generally accepted practice of offering drinks when a guest just sits down at the table)
* There are high chairs for children, but you need to look for them every time.
* There is also a Turkish restaurant on site, which must be booked in advance at the hotel reception. It is free and... the main difference from the main restaurant, which provides meals for guests, is that they give a bread cake .. and THERE is MUCH LESS CHOICE of food. Yes, it's the same buffet... it's just some kind of guard..
* And another point that is very annoying - there are a lot of slot machines on site...for a fee. Even those in Korea are in the main building. Personally, it really annoys me. You sold me not just "all inclusive", but "ultra all inclusive" and I still have to pay for everything. Lots of children's sweets.. for the money. And so on.
* The pillows are terrible, apparently they have not changed since the opening of the hotel.
* Bed linen has not been changed in 12 days
*Advantages*:
* You can rent a stroller (5 euros)
* Very nice beach (clean, the sunbeds are always clean)
* The sea itself is clean here. There is a platform that you can jump into the water (it is at a certain distance from the shore)
* A beautiful Hotel in itself.
* Wi-Fi is everywhere - even on the beach it catches well.
* A separate part of the restaurant is reserved for children.
* There is a club for children, but it is "hidden" on the territory. And it's not that easy to find.
* Wherever there are stairs, there are separate wheelchair accesses.
Resume:
Comparing with two other hotels in Turkey where we were a family (Letunya and Mirada del Mar) - this hotel does not pull 5 stars. 4 - confident. But 5? No, the service kills everything. At least not for this money. I will not recommend this Hotel to any of my friends.
Very cool. The food is delicious. The sea is shallow and very warm. The water park is cool, the pool is for both adults and children. I really like it. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
