It's a great hotel, with great locations. I had a rest with my daughter together. We lived in 2-storey houses, enjoying citrus trees and lounge chairs. We haven't been to the water park, as it's a little early for 5 years. I went to the shops and souvenirs outside the territory several times. Overall, the 11 days flew by pleasantly and comfortably. In the evening, the animators keep the children very productive.

We considered an inexpensive hotel for families with children, in principle not bad for their money, I liked the family room, large, 2 bedrooms, large living room, 2 balconies, but from the cons on the 3rd floor, without an elevator, it's hard to get up with a small child. The food is not bad, modestly, without red fish and without meat (only chicken). The children's room is large, children are not bored, there is a playground on the street, the sea is excellent, the sand is fine, the entrance to the sea is excellent for children, shallow. In the evening, all sorts of shows, both for children and adults, gave 900 euros for 2 days and 3 nights. This hotel was recommended to us by a tour operator, with positive reviews, a large play area for children, and all-inclusive service. We stopped by with two children aged 7 and 10 for 10 days. Immediately upon arrival, we were shown our room, on the 2nd floor, with a gorgeous balcony and a breathtaking view. At the moment, everything is fine with us, everything is clean, neat, everyone is smiling, towels are changed every day, tea/coffee / sweets appear in the room with enviable regularity, which the children really like! You definitely won't stay hungry in restaurants, there are porridges and soups and vegetarian dishes, yes, the fish tastes a little strange, but not critical. The playground is just huge, the animators are trying to keep the children busy all the time, despite the age difference between the children, they found entertainment for both of them. In the couple of days that we've been here, the kids are just happy, you can't get them off the water or the slides. According to other vacationers here, everyone is happy with everything, someone even comes for the second time with a child. It wasn't as hot in May as it was in August, which is great, but the water was already warm, and everything was green and bright! In the evening, beautiful dinners with performances, cocktails, a disco closer to the night, those without children or with older children are the best. The hotel itself consists of three hotels, with a huge beach area, clean sand, sun beds, which are at a decent distance from each other, freedom and comfort are felt. I recommend it for families with children.

Aisha Club review: I didn't like the accommodation for several reasons: 1. When we checked into the room, the cleaning was done with a blunder. There was nothing to wash, towels were laid carelessly. It's convenient for me when it's in the building where you live. Or at least nearby. You'll have to walk from the beach at lunchtime, and it's a long way in the heat. 3. For this reason, I had to have lunch at the bar. The menu is the same, it gets boring. And there's a problem with lunch seats. 4. I was told that if you live in Aishi, then everything is nearby for children. Well, someone had it nearby, but where we were settled, we were not nearby. 5. In the restaurant of this Ayshen club in the evening, like in the subway, there are a lot of people. The menu is basically always the same. We couldn't find any delicious porridge for the child for breakfast. Even sugar was added, it still doesn't taste good. 6. The minibar is not replenished every day. 7. Wonderful hotel💫 We had a vacation with two children from July 2-15, 2023 The biggest plus is the gorgeous sea, very clean, the entrance is gentle for children. The beach is spacious, you look a little further behind the hotel and there are a lot of people, but we are free) there are a lot of sun loungers, you can always find a place. The distance between the umbrellas / sun beds is sufficient, there is no feeling that you are sitting on someone's head. The rooms are nice, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. Everything worked. Once the mini-bar was not replenished, but we went to the reception, told about it and brought everything. Room cleaning suffers a bit, but these are small things. The food is very varied and delicious, there are no queues for food, there is always enough for everyone. Lots of very tasty fruits and ice cream. We came to the restaurant about an hour after the start and there were always empty tables. The bars have good wine and champagne, and they make delicious cocktails. There is a coffee shop, stylish, beautiful - it's nice to sit. The evening show is very good, we were happy to attend.

We lived in a standard room, the Windows overlooked the reception and the Nazar bar, which at first did not please us, because there was live loud music, but surprisingly, it was over at 12 at night, and then it was very quiet. If you are not bothered by the mullah, at 4.30 am daily, then you can stay at these rooms. A huge beautiful territory, you can walk without leaving the hotel. You can go to the promenade or, on the other hand, to the village, walk through the bazaars or even walk to Evrenseki (half an hour walk), there are outlets. The food is good, nothing supernatural, but stable- meat- fried, grilled, stewed, cold appetizers, several types, in fact, everything except pork. Fish is always there, too, a couple of types, salmon was, and fried, and grilled, and in the club. A huge selection of cold snacks, I haven't tried everything in 9 days. Very tasty fish rolls. Tomatoes are simply gorgeous! Baking is the sea! Including- zimit, very tasty pies, croissants, pizza, pide. And, of course, it was not without everyone's favorite French fries and several types of pasta with various sauces. There are a million sweets! You can find very tasty ones. I'll tell you about the fruits separately. There was almost everything! Watermelons, melons, strawberries every day, cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, and of course, apples, pears, bananas and oranges. In the main restaurant, everything is just great - clean, friendly attitude of the staff, the vacant table is quickly cleaned. You can sit on the terrace, outdoors, or indoors if it's hot. In addition to the main restaurant, there are snack bars near the pool and on the shore, where you can also have a decent meal. Everything is fine in the bars with drinks too. Soft drinks, a huge selection of alcohol, lots of delicious cocktails. It's all around the clock! The sea is wonderful! There is a huge beach, there are always a lot of free sunbeds, the path to the sea is pleasant and picturesque. There are snack bars with drinks and snacks on the shore. On the territory of the hotel there is a wonderful coffee shop with natural high-quality coffee, without alcohol and with alcohol, a large selection of cakes. Several beautiful pools, a wonderful water park. Lovely, sensitive, friendly staff everywhere, on the territory of the hotel. There is a living area with peacocks, chickens and rabbits. Room cleaning is a separate song! They clean every day, they also change the bed linen daily, and it does not depend on whether you leave a tip or not. There is no theft, phones were left everywhere, no one steals. The room is decent, a little small and requires renovation, but tolerable. There is a balcony. Everything is working well, the staff is constantly coming in, asking if everything is in order. The work of the staff is controlled, it is delivered very well, so everything works perfectly! Animation is also a fire! There are various types of activities by the pool, interesting shows and contests every evening in the amphitheater, you can admire Brazilian dances and laugh at contests. Beach towels are changed by the pool daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In short, the rest was a success, there was nothing to complain about. This is a hotel that you want to return to! We rested in Camellia in September 2023. This is the best hotel you can imagine! Everything is perfect in it! Clean, modern and huge. 12 pools. A perfect huge beach with clear water and sand. Local and European drinks. The food is different every day. Meat, liver, tongue, red fish and grilled fish, rolls. Cakes and pies in huge quantities. Daily cleaning, change of towels too. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and found something new every day. It won't be boring. Chic shows and a disco with beautiful costumes and everyone sings live. A huge water park. They moved into a room with dirty floors, and when we checked in, a worker was hastily tinting something. The stench of paint is terrible. The curtain in the room was torn off, and nothing was done. We had a vacation with children in September 2023. We were at the Camellia Ice Club, in general we liked everything: very beautiful territory, lots of greenery, very gentle entrance to the sea (30 meters knee-deep), for children it's the best. With regard to food, there is enough of everything, regardless of what time you eat - you specially went at different times; yes, there is a problem with the availability of free tables, but you will still find them within 5-7 minutes. According to the food, depending on the change of chefs, something tastes better, but it is not critical. There is enough meat (beef, lamb, chicken, turkey) and seafood in small quantities are always present, there are fish days when everything is littered with seafood. There are a lot of fruits and vegetables, sliced cheeses and sausages are very salty. There is a children's restaurant - children can help themselves there, everything is very nicely done. Ice cream is always freely available, delicious. The pools are different in depth, the deck chairs are in good condition; there are children's and adult water parks on the territory. We lived in Femeli's room. In general, the room was in good condition, sometimes the air conditioner was buggy, but this did not bother us - there were 2 of them. Yes, there is no toilet brush in the room, this is certainly strange. Shampoo in a large dispenser in the bathroom, individual packages with body milk were not replenished until they themselves told the reception. The cleaning in the room is disgusting - they are cleaned according to schedule and the floor is constantly in the sand, the maximum that has been done is the garbage was taken away and the bed was made. The beach is dirty, I saw cleaners once, a lot of cigarette butts in the sand, a lot of abandoned towels on the sun beds left the day before. It was about 10 minutes to walk to the beach from our room, we liked the distance, we like to walk. Yes, also, about noise insulation - there is none!!! You can hear everything and everyone. To sum up, we liked the hotel, the children were satisfied. Yes, there are shoals, and if its cost were lower, you could not pay attention to it at all))).

They make an individual paste. There is a children's table, there is a diet meal, a lot of porridge for breakfast. There is always a fish and meat grill, in August there were always watermelons and melons, peaches, plums, oranges, apples, bananas. But there are a lot of people, there are definitely no places for dinner from 7-8, there may also be problems for breakfast. At lunch, everything is free, some people eat in snack bars. The sun beds by the deep pools are occupied at 9:00, the pool of fulia is more free. There is a swimming pool up to 140cm and a children's pool. The staff is not attentive and not sympathetic, few people speak Russian, but they also pretend that they do not understand English, if necessary, for example, a glass was poured near the children's room, fragments lie and children barefoot back and forth. It is dangerous and unacceptable near the pool. Three of us came to the bar at different times, to the lifeguard, no one cares, after half an hour one of our company went to the reception, then they promptly cleaned up. We also had an unpleasant situation, our mattress was stolen. At 8 p.m., returning from the beach, we put it in the foyer of our house, for a second, there was already a stroller and a bunch of inflatable things. And they put a mattress on, but when we returned, there was no mattress, but everything else was there. I went to the lobby, where, to my misunderstanding, they threw up their hands and said that I had to go to the room of lost things in Fulia from 8-16, in short, it was naturally not found, because it was not lost. We also did not find the ball, which was near the sunbed with our belongings, and then disappeared, and the hat of our friends' child. In general, on vacation for almost 400k, the last thing I want is to have things stolen from me and even less, I want to spend time on showdowns in which they throw up their hands in front of me and generally nobody cares. And about bars, there is ALWAYS a long queue in outdoor bars, in the Nazar bar there is generally a queue until 2 a.m. Although I don't drink, I also order coffee and tea from them. A good coffee shop is open until 12 at night. There is a Starbucks nearby. It looked like they were saving so much on alcohol, why was there a queue of 8 people at one o'clock in the morning and all one bartender. About the show, I liked the show with the Moscow circus, children's shows are sometimes mini disco, and sometimes shows. What seemed strange to me, for a family hotel, part of the show was on the football field, a bar was set up in the center, a girl was singing on stage and two half-naked girls were dancing. And they inflate trampolines for children from behind. Is it meant that children jump on trampolines, and adults drink and dance? Well, the hot water did not work in the room in the evening and the cleaning came once while the child was trying to sleep, and the husband was on the balcony, they entered and began to clean, make the bed, stroked the child until the husband came out and said that it was still not now. But these are small things.

We arrived in two families, 5 people (2 adults, 3 children). We booked a large family room, which was supposed to have 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a communal area and 3 balconies. We were settled in another room, with 1 bathroom and 1 balcony, WITHOUT a HALL, the quadrature is 2 times less than the stated one. Explaining that this is also the same in their category. And that the hotel is crowded because of Eid al-Adha. And there are no other options for us. In the room in which we were settled, there was room for 4 people. 2 times they asked at the reception to add a sleeping place. We got: yeah, and nothing. We made the bed ourselves, from what we had. Then a guy came and said there were no duvet covers. The 5-star hotel has run out of duvet covers. Both phones were not working. Rudeness and indifference from all sides. No apologies, no compensation, no help in solving the problem.

I am currently here. I'll start with the pros: The sea is good, you can swim with children, and it is interesting to swim alone, but do not take masks with fins, there is nothing to look at. There are three football fields, a basketball court, tennis courts, beach volleyball and even a water park. The program includes an evening mini-disco and an evening disco at 22:00. The territory is large, there are many bars, restaurants, a children's club, a mini zoo. But behind so many advantages lies quite a considerable number of disadvantages.... 1) The rooms are both good, new, and cluttered and cramped. I have been living here for 20 days and at the moment I have ALREADY moved 6 TIMES. In the first room it was terrible, everything was broken: the light did not work (it was turned off twice, and only in our room, not even in the building) the toilet was leaking, the balcony was closed with a latch, then they could not open, they called the master. There is no cleaning. They actually just make your bed and that's it. There is no noise isolation at all. 2) The restaurant is large at first glance with a variety of food, but this is only at first glance. There are NO places AT ALL, if you want to come, sit quietly and eat, then I advise you to come for breakfast at 8:30, for lunch at 12:30 and for dinner at 18:30. But if you are a fan of lying in bed, at the sea or by the pool, then be ready to wander around the restaurant and look for a place for 20-30 minutes. 3) Bartenders work slowly, they can get distracted by a phone conversation or just chat with other bartenders. With a queue of 4-5 people, you will stand for 15 minutes. 4) If you have some kind of problem like a loss or something else, then you will be sent from the reception to the so-called “Guest Relations” who does not know the translation-"Relationship with guests". The reception staff themselves probably can't figure it out. 5) In addition to the bar, there are different places around the hotel where you can spend time: arcades, a ring, ice cream, cars for children that can be controlled on the remote control and even a tattoo parlor. But all these pleasures are for money and they are not puny. 6) And probably THE MOST FATAL disadvantage of this hotel. I tell you: Once again we moved to another room and when we moved, we did not load the bag onto the car that carries your luggage. It would seem that it's okay, now we'll go and get it, but it's not there. They searched everything: the room, the reception, the storage room, but he is nowhere to be found. They stated in this “Guest Relations”, raised a complete fuss about it, but so far nothing (by the way, 2 days have passed at the time I write this review), I am 99.9% sure that someone from the staff brazenly stole it, because if it was someone else, then it would already be We found it. I think they'll just wait a couple of days, they say they searched and say they didn't find it. The moral of the last minus is as follows: Always keep a close eye on your belongings, otherwise you can say goodbye to them.
