Today, on 11/30/24 at 8.30 am, we bought these "beautiful" flowers. You can see the calculation time and when the picture was taken from the photo. The seller carefully wrapped them in a thick piece of paper for safekeeping. What was the surprise when, half an hour later, unfolding the flowers, they saw sadly drooping buds and half-rotted leaves. Someone wrote about 7 o'clock - where is it!? By the way, the cost is 16 rubles for a twig, 48 rubles for a bouquet in the photo. At the same time, the price tag was not specified in the store for these flowers. We were even more surprised when we went to the grocery store! the Euroopt store and seeing the fresh eustoms for !Attention! 7.99 per branch. Given the urgency of the situation, it is not a problem to pay 2 times more expensive for flowers, but if they did not look like they were out of the trash after an hour, while almost constantly being in the water. Customer orientation is 0. My husband said that he always bought flowers here (because next to the house), he will not come here anymore. In normal stores, "tired" flowers are sold at a discount, and not 2 times more expensive.
My husband on the eve of March 8 in the evening, presented the composition with a bouquet bought in this pavilion, in the afternoon, when I looked at the bouquet, it turned out that the rose had rotted and in order not to fall off, it was fixed with cellophane and scotch tape, chrysanthemums like other flowers are not fresh. My husband carried them back, the money was not returned for 60 rubles, citing that 7 hours had passed, although this contradicts the law on consumer protection, for the owner below I will drop a clipping from legislative acts, replaced the rose and said that all the flowers in the bouquet, from today's delivery. I insisted that all the flowers be replaced, they began to impute to my husband that he had ruined them himself (the flowers were stored in the cold if anything). I can't stand it when, "sc*t, in the eyes and they say it's God's dew." But still, the bouquet was taken away, they agreed to exchange it for roses, commensurate with the cost of the previous bouquet. But it is no longer pleasant, first from the bouquet, and then from the proof that you are not to blame, and this stall, in particular its owner, does not comply with the rules of sale. Article 20 of Law No. 90-3 ("On Consumer Protection"). According to the first point, during the sale of flowers of inadequate quality, if their defects were not specified by the seller, the consumer has the right, at his choice, to demand replacement of substandard goods or a proportionate reduction in its purchase price!
In addition, the buyer may terminate the retail sale agreement and insist on a refund of the amount paid - in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 27 of the said law.

I wanted to buy a bouquet there, I went in, my head was spinning. The bouquets are beautiful, as are the sellers, but the prices are magical. 4 points only for girls.
