3. 4 large, clean, warm pools. There are always free sun beds, and clean towels are provided for the pool.
4. Delicious and varied breakfast. You will find both a classic omelette or boiled eggs with porridge, as well as local food. Lots of fruits, desserts, drinks.
5. The hotel is located on the 1st line, along the beach there are many cafes and local food. There is a street nearby where there is a supermarket, pharmacies, massage, etc.
6. The room is good, I will not say that it is very "fresh", but not broken, the closet looks 10-15 years old, but it fits very harmoniously into the interior. There are necessary amenities and accessories. They cleaned every day, you can easily ask to change the linen, towels, etc
. There are always disadvantages, but there are very few of them, namely:
1. Kamala is a village, as the locals call it. In fact, of all the entertainments, there is only one small street and a beach.
2. The water is muddy, the sand is a little dirty. There are practically no waves. The beach in Karon is much better in this regard.
We are relaxing at the Sunprime Kamala Beach Hotel. The hotel leaves a mixed impression. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is through a walking path. You can stay by the pool and walk to the sea. But there may be a situation that while you are swimming in the sea (15 minutes), you will come, but your things are not there. They are picked up by an employee of the JULIAN hotel, referring to the fact that it is impossible to reserve sun beds before 10 a.m., although there are enough free places around. As it turned out, such cases were not a single occurrence and mainly with Russian tourists.
As for the rooms, they are tired, the plumbing is old, the towels are shabby, the curtains are wrinkled. The air conditioner in our room did not work for three days, the hotel engineers tried to fix it for three days, and on the fourth day of torment we were relocated. Special thanks to the receptionist for this.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, 4 swimming pools, comfortable sun beds. Lots of colors. For Christmas, they decorated it with New Year decorations and lighting.
The breakfasts are delicious, there was enough for a 4-star hotel. The restaurant staff is friendly, they work well, empty plates will be quickly taken away. What ends up being replenished immediately.
Massages are available on site. I visited it a couple of times, I recommend it. A little more expensive than in massage parlors on the street.
The contingent is mainly elderly Germans. There are few young people.
In general, it seems to be good, but we will not go here anymore, there are better hotels for this money. The only advantage is that it is located right by the sea.

Previously, it was possible to schedule a massage "for tomorrow" in time, starting this year there is a live queue. Change the money in the village (after leaving the hotel on the beach, turn left, then to the bridge, cross it, keep to the right, go along the road), there you will see the exchangers and change. There are several of them, choose a favorable course and go ahead. They accept old and new banknotes($). There is also a 7/eleven minimarket. Food at the hotel: all previous visits, no questions were raised. The most delicious Tom Ka (with seafood and coconut milk) is here! There were no questions about the quality of the food this time either. Questions about the assortment. The assortment of dishes, snacks, and cooking has sharply decreased... If earlier salads and cakes had no place to place, they were almost placed on top of each other, then this time three plates with salads were placed widely around the table, so that there would be no empty places. The same for cakes, and for appetizers and main dishes. Beef has become a rarity... Once again, there are NO questions for the chefs, the question is for who is responsible for the food at the hotel! What happened and what happened? We visited this hotel for the sixth time (almost every year) and we can appreciate it. The hotel has not become cheaper, on the contrary, it is more expensive. We have already looked at the prices for the next year, again the price is higher. The hotel management, pay attention to the food, this is not an unimportant issue for vacationers! There are no questions about the rest.
