It was the first time we were in the Institution! In the kitchen and drinks - fast, delicious, but there were tomatoes with a defect in the salad, it was possible to cut out when cooking (minus (the hookah came because of it, did not like it, asked to make no soap, brought exactly this, immediately asked to replace the bowl with a second one, waited 15 minutes (pleased with live music, which was very pleasant and created the atmosphere of the place! They've landed here! Thanks!

I was passing through Astana and mint saved me both times. Unfortunately, I don't remember the address of the first one where I was, but so far about this one - it's not too noisy, cozy, the institution itself and the service are just great. And now about the menu - even my grandmother did not make such delicious fried eggplant and crispy ones. Rib Eye steak is a separate work of art. Delicious, tender meat. And the size is just a bomb. It's cool that he works around the clock, because he needed to sit out and wait somewhere. 5 stars are indisputable

The receptionist lied that there were no available rooms, the firmament stood its ground. Later from other staff and in fact (we had to move) it turned out that almost all rooms are available. There was no soap in their rooms, neither liquid nor solid, they said it was over and offered to find a convenience store somewhere at one o'clock in the morning in a storm))) both rooms were not cleaned, in the first of which crumbs were moved, the swollen floor and walls in the shower, gum on the bed. The room in which we were moved , as it turned out later, was also most likely not cleaned. The sheets were all not ironed, and there was a lot of black hair in the bed. There was dried blood on the sink. There is a blockage in the shower, it is impossible to wash, water is immediately collected. Their restaurant - "desserts are over, but it's over"
They refused to make a refund

2 times we were cheated with the account there. For the first time, an extra 5 beers were credited. When asked to provide the video that they have, they said that they would only be able to send it in 2 days. But they never sent it. And again, for the second time, 700 grams of rum were attributed. It's a horror. You don't need to go to places where they cheat! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
