For example, I bought several toys, one of them cost 72 rubles, I did not notice such a high price, because I already had a toy in my basket for 7 rubles 20 kopecks. Everything was punched, I held up the phone for payment at the same time as the announced figure for payment. And at the moment of realizing that something was wrong, the money was debited. I did not leave the cash register and began to look at the receipt, when the girls showed me the cost of this toy, I asked to cancel the payment. But it turned out that the toys are non-refundable. I didn't even leave the cash register! This is not a refund, but a cancellation. The administrator, of course, could not help in any way. She offered to choose other toys or jewelry for this amount. In a crowded store. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Which I did. It's about impressions about the store and the staff. Regarding the assortment: fine, not usual, for every taste and everything is beautiful and high-quality.
