We decided to try halisa for the first time, went to this institution. There is no menu, everything is in words. They asked for a small portion. Tea and flatbread come in addition. As a result, at the time of payment it turned out that this was a large portion. By the way: a small portion is 35,000, a large one is 55,000, it is unknown how much they differ in volume. But already leaving and looking at the portion of the man in the smaller plate, it seemed to us that it was no different at all that for a large portion they take such an amount of halisa and "smear" on the plate.
As for Khalisa herself: I don't know how well and correctly it was cooked, it was quite fatty, personally it reminded me of a beef stew, disassembled into the finest fibers. In general, it's edible and you can try it once, but I wouldn't go back to this place.
Там ничего не было, кафешка была закрыта днем. Много ресторанов калла-поча под названием Халиса вокруг этого кафе. Не знаю почему все называются Халиса.
