A wonderful small national-style hotel on a quiet street in the center of Kemer, 1 minute to all cafes and shops, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach. Room 105, I really liked it, clean, cozy, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer - everything works fine, the bathroom is small, but the shower is very comfortable, liquid soap in the dispenser. Bed linen, towels are clean, changed as needed. There is a safe in the room, a lot of hangers in the closet, wi-fi is free, it worked! The territory is clean, turtles and cats live, the pool is clean. The breakfasts are quite hearty, everything is fresh, coffee from the coffee machine. I used to rest only at 5*UAl, I came here with prejudice, but everything turned out to be better than I expected. Nice, quiet, slept off without subwoofer slotting, the hosts are friendly, respond to any request, extended check-out for free until 15.00. I have the most pleasant impressions about this atmospheric hotel!

A very nice family hotel. Quiet. Someone might be bored there. I feel comfortable. Breakfast only at this hotel. You can buy coffee, you can warm up a mini kettle for free and brew your own tea. The pool is clean with sun loungers. The rooms are clean and cozy. They clean it every day. The friendly host and his assistant. You can rent a bike. I have stayed at this hotel 2 times and will return there more than once. I hope so)

We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2024. A cozy, homely hotel. A good-natured host who does most of the work of caring for the hotel and serving the guests himself. The sea is an 8-minute walk away. The rooms are good, everything you need is available, recently renovated. We really liked the breakfasts, everything is simple but very tasty! There is a small but nice pool, sun beds. I recommend this hotel for a family vacation!

We really liked the hotel. Cozy, atmospheric, clean. Yes, it's 2 stars, but it's very good. The most important thing is that it is quiet and peaceful) Everything in the rooms is working. Yes, there is nothing but towels and liquid soap, even a blanket on a double bed is one, you will have to ask for the second one if you sleep under different ones) but this did not bother us, we were very satisfied!
The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, close to all infrastructure. To the sea, to the city beach, 10-15 minutes on foot, depending on how to go.

Great. Location, architectural style, breakfasts. I will classify it as one of the top 20% in terms of the combined combination of 35 years of travel experience. Not to be confused with different Michelin stars, etc., I'm talking about practicality for frequent trips out of a personal swamp. You can find fault a little, but without malice.

A wonderful chamber hotel!
There was cleaning every day, a clean pool, even Russian channels on the TV in the room))
The air conditioning and refrigerator in the room are new!
The breakfasts are monotonous, but of course these are small things.
The only downside is the lack of good coffee.
The owner was great, he always solved all issues right away and was very kind and responsive!!!
We rested for a week with 2 children, we are happy with the hotel, because we do not like big hotels and a lot of tourists. I wanted silence and real Turkey.Seals and a turtle live on the territory of the hotel 🐢

Despite the 2 stars, I recommend this hotel. I rested there from August 12 to August 22, 2024. The hotel is small, clean and cozy. The staff is very helpful. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels and a clean bed. The breakfast wasn't huge, but I definitely wasn't hungry. The central streets are 5 minutes away at most, but it is not noisy in the room. 10-15 minutes walk to the sea. The air conditioner is new, it worked quietly. Thank you for the rest, I will definitely come back

The time of the visit is June 2023. A small family-run hotel, it corresponds to its stardom and price category. It is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. It is suitable for people who like a quiet and relaxing holiday. The food is monotonous, but delicious. The big disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator in the rooms. So, if you want something cold, you can buy it at the hotel bar, but the price is three times more expensive than in the store. As they say, "nothing personal, just business." There are also rooms without balconies and you will have to dry wet clothes after the beach in a common corridor-balcony, fortunately there are clothes dryers there. Otherwise, everything is fine. Friendly staff, cleaning, change of linen and towels.

There were difficulties with checking in: they checked into another hotel a stone's throw away (it's even cooler), but we asked to be returned, and the next day we checked in. The hotel has a friendly international atmosphere. We settled on the 3rd floor, went up the twisted stairs every time, it was perceived as an attraction, no less. The rooms were cleaned every day, it was always clean. The hotel turned out to be very quiet, we slept well, the air conditioner was turned on sometimes, it was noisy, but not much. The room has been redecorated, it is clear that the foundation is old. A big plus is the presence of a Quiet green courtyard with an abundance of greenery and representatives of the local fauna (a turtle and many cats live in the yard). There is a swimming pool with sun beds, a great place for privacy. The staff are friendly and helpful people, helped with everything and did not try to "warm up". Breakfast: the buffet is quite monotonous, but the quality of the products was pleasing, we saw how the hotel owner and employees ate with us. I put it perfectly, because in my category it is hardly possible to find something better.

THE HOTEL IS A MOLD
A 2-star hotel implies a service restriction, but the building and rooms must be clean. After reading positive reviews on numbers and nutrition, I went prepared - I took a kettle, an organizer to the bathroom (hang it on 1 hook). I was met at the reception by a man in a dirty T-shirt who does not speak Russian. The hotel is full, wait. OK. Room 108 on the 1st floor - mold on the wall, explained the problems with the plumbing. If you don't want to, the room is on the 2nd floor, black mold on the ceiling above the bed. Not either? Spend the night at 108, tomorrow the tenants will leave - you will move. There was nowhere to go, I spent the night with a terrible smell of mold, but with hope for the best. In the closet, the shelf is broken, nails are sticking out. In the bathroom, everything is broken (towel rack and cup holder). The next day, here is room 402, on the 1st floor (read basement)
The walls are intact there. And whole hangers in the bathroom. I agreed. But then I discovered that the bathroom door had rotted (photo), broken tiles on the wall decorations, there was no lampshade in the room. And as soon as I closed the door to the room, the smell of basement dampness began to appear. There is also a musty smell from the air conditioner. In general, I slept with the door open. When I returned from the beach, I first aired the room. The food is standard, breakfast is scramble, cheese pie, vegetables, herbs, olives, the cheapest cupcakes and cereals, milk, tea and coffee (like from a garbage can). Dinner is one side dish and either chicken or minced meat, cucumbers, tomatoes with salad, some terrible pickles filled with mayonnaise (I did not dare to taste it).
Apples and pears. Tea. You won't stay hungry. Speaking of animals, there are cats and turtles running around, and everyone is touched by it. When I was there, the kitten pooped in a flowerbed near the tables, and then cheerfully jumped on a chair and put his paws on the table - they say, give me something delicious. All the flower beds and vases with flowers, as you know, are a cat toilet (I saw about 7 cats on the territory), with an appropriate smell. I love animals, but it is unacceptable to eat from tables where these animals roam after they relieve themselves. I will not recommend it to anyone, it is unclear where such a good rating comes from. Maybe there's no mold in the other rooms? But. If there were leaks and the fungus is already actively growing, then all structures are affected by mold growth. The building is old, the basement is all rotten. The air conditioner was also not processed. In general, healthy people in this hotel are at risk of catching aspergillosis, and people with problematic lungs (asthma, bronchitis) strongly do not recommend staying there.

A deuce is clearly an underestimate. The breakfast is plentiful, like a mini buffet, lots of goodies. The staff is excellent, responds to all requests immediately, and is Russian-speaking. Cleaning and fresh linen are provided regularly. Someone is constantly on duty in the lobby at night. There is neither a kettle nor a tile in the room, well, this is the two (sockets work properly). TV, mini fridge. The appearance is like a toy. We liked it, we left satisfied (10.10.24-30.20.24)

We went to this hotel according to the best reviews. In general, we were looking for a small and quiet Hotel for little money, and there is also an excellent kitchen, we did not even expect this. In the morning and in the evening they left with a big belly, everything was so delicious that they had no strength to break away.
I really liked the baked sweet pepper and cheese of different types.
As for lunch, it is not needed, since we spent this time at the sea or in the city shopping and cafes.
In addition, Hamam, Pamukkale, Antalya, Dembra, Limira, Kekova and the ancient city of PHASELIS were visited.

Good enough rooms (only if not in the attic - economy room. The attic is terrible!!! We were settled there for the night, because our room was occupied [they did not argue at 3 a.m.]. By 12 o'clock the next day, we moved into a standard room). The food (breakfast/dinner) was very decent for two. The Internet was "flying" (there was no such Internet in either 3* or 4*) even in the room, and not only at the reception. Very friendly administrators and the host: they called the tour operator when he did not answer my phone. The hotel has a quiet, multinational composition of residents. The hotel is located in the very center of Kemer. The pebble beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace, and the sandy beach is 15 minutes away. The square with the clock tower is 5 minutes away. The central market is 8-10 minutes away. A flat-screen TV with a bunch of Russian channels (if you learn how to set it up).
A very good economy option.

Very small rooms. The shower without a tray pours directly onto the toilet. There is a permanent puddle in the village. There's a problem with clothes dryers in general. They stand on the street in a minimum amount. When they came from the sea later, they had to dry it on the closet door. By the way, there are no shelves in the closet. Just the barbell.Underwear is not pleasant for everyone to dry in public...And there's nowhere to hang it in the room at all. There is only a small hook in the bathroom on the door for a small towel. The owner is pleasant and helpful.
