All rooms of the hotel are air-conditioned. The staff is family friendly. Cleaning, replacement of towels in the rooms is regular, linen replacement is provided. The sea is really 70 meters away, there are rooms from which it can be seen)) in front of the hotel there is an excellent restaurant, where they cook very well and tasty. Around, within walking distance - shops, cafes, souvenirs, etc. Near the embankment, where you can take a walk in the evening. In general, I recommend it - you will not regret it!

There is a refrigerator in the rooms, a cooler with hot water on the floor, hot water in the shower without interruptions, Cold water for drinking can be bought at a nearby store. There are plenty of them within walking distance, as well as inexpensive canteens (check from 60 rubles.)
The only disadvantage of the hotel is not regular cleaning for 9 days, we changed linen and towels 1 time.
We had a vacation in June 2021, I liked everything. This is my first time in Gagra, the nature is gorgeous, the sea is clean and transparent, at the beginning of my vacation it was cool for me, but by the beginning of July it warmed up.
There are umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella were taken for 400 rubles. for the whole day until 19:00.

We had a rest in January 2022. Two adults. There were power and water outages in the city, and this hotel has its own generator, we always had light, heat and hot water!!! The hosts are very friendly and ready to help. They didn't look for dirt, the linen and towels were clean, everything worked in the room. Room cleaning at your request. The keys must be left at the entrance, the hostess is always there. During the rest, there were no thefts at the hotel (although documents and money were left in the room). I recommend this hotel
4 people rested here with the whole family in June 21, there are no rooms for 4 people here, they were given a cot, of course the rooms are small for 4, there is nowhere to turn around, but this is not the main thing, they are cleaned on request for 2 weeks, they were cleaned 3 times but never changed the bed at the end of the rest, the hostess asked why they did not ask? naturally, the bed linen was dirty for 2 weeks. the building is half under construction, working 2 floors, for 3000 days you can find much better. balconies that do not face the courtyard are some kind of quiet horror, 1.5 meters later they rest against the building of another hotel and in the evening all the windows are visible. of the advantages, the sea in a minute walk opposite is a very tasty cafe Maria with very friendly waitresses Aida and Kristina. the kitchen is delicious. if you are staying here and want to go on excursions not from the hotel, in any case, do not tell them otherwise there will be a specific ignore. we made such a mistake. in general, it's up to you to decide, but our personal opinion is that there is nothing to do in calypso unless the attitude towards customers changes.
A great place, 1 minute to the sea, the rooms are fresh, large. In October, 1000 rubles for a double room (shower, toilet, refrigerator, etc.), great!!!
