New cars , car delivery to the airport . Office in the center of turzora with tea and coffee . Pleasant Russian-speaking staff. The car came clean .

We ordered a Nissan Note to the airport. Without warning, they brought us a dead Toyota Vitz (photo below). We paid an additional 50 Euros for a full tank, brought a quarter less. They promised to change it the next day. Nothing has been changed. When communicating, they behaved rudely and insulted.
