The place is good, but I didn't like the hotel itself.
Of course, the hostess is very friendly and tried to solve all our questions, but the rooms are very small, not all buildings have an elevator, and the bed linen is cheap, thin, and dirty. There's intermittent water in the shower. We got there by accident, because there were no more places for Chinese New Year. If you live there, it will be very cheap.
