They left a thing in the room. We called back to the hotel in 2 hours. But to no avail. We don't know anything, we've seen nothing. We do not recapend

I have nothing to compare this hotel with in Mexico, in my opinion it is normal, I haven't gone to breakfast yet, I can't say anything.
The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and quiet enough. There is a coffee machine with regular coffee beans in the lobby.
