One of the best fast food establishments in the city. In my opinion, in terms of burgers, French fries and other things, it surpasses such Worldwide chains as mac, KFS and others. It is clear that the owner cares about the prestige of the institution (cleanly, politely). The menu also includes pizzas, salads, breakfasts and more. A good place to visit in the company of friends or family. In short, 9/10. (There is a children's corner, waiting for an order is usually 10-20 minutes)

The institution does not shine with the quality of service. The prices are no less than in the center, but there are more than a lot of disadvantages. Somehow they arranged a children's party with a bunch of teenagers and it was impossible to just calmly even sit and talk, there was a scream, noise, uproar and various balloons were flying, then something else. If such holidays are arranged, then close the cafe for special maintenance, and not when there is a pogrom in the cafe, and all other visitors complained. it's cold potatoes, and the biggest disadvantage is the waiting time for the order. Every time I promised not to come here anymore, but when I had to, you can wait for 25 minutes for one cheeseburger, when the order fulfillment time, according to the operator, is 5-10 minutes. And the reason why the institution still remains quite profitable is very simple-there are actually no competitors within a radius of 2-3 km.

It is a very cozy place, suitable both for holding some small events, such as a birthday, and for a family/ couple to come and sit. The prices are average, the cuisine is like in most similar establishments:pizzas, burgers, shawarma, etc. The expectation is always different, we have been here more than once, it happened that we waited 15 minutes, and there were 30. Overall, I really like the place.

Nuggets are something - a strange mass, it's hard to call chicken meat. The pizza is stated to be 24 cm, it looks like 20 centimeters, but not 24 in any way. The table was also wobbly. Salty bread, thick cutlets, pale cheap bread, but that's not the whole picture. Cheese flowed out in this general mass like snot. Battered wings are a hard shell of a burnt kind.

There are some gristles in the cutlet that are not chewable, chicken nuggets were ordered at the next table, compared to Beans (restaurant), this is generally some kind of inedible mass called nuggets by misunderstanding.
You can come in, drink coffee, beer, order pizza, some rolls, and sit in the warmth (though not near the window or the front door).

05/13/2021 my wife and I went to have a snack. We decided to order pizza, the girl at the counter advised Nova pizza. The order was accepted by 1 nova pizza, 0.5 Cola, juice.
We sat down at a table, the waiting time was 25 minutes, and the whole order was brought at once.
I took the first piece of pizza, and there was a long black hair in the filling. I called the administrator, she looked at this culinary work a little, took the pizza away, said we would redo it, I asked not for 25 minutes like the first time, but faster, to which they answered "we will try", time went on, after 10 minutes I did not want anything anymore, I went to the counter and asked to be calculated for cola and juice, and for pizza to return the money. The girl at the checkout said that this was impossible since I was paying with a card, the other girl promised that the order would be ready soon, I insisted on a refund. The receptionist said that this issue needs to be resolved with the director, expect him to arrive.
After a couple of minutes, the money was silently returned in cash.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
