I often come there to the SEC on business. Parking is small, there are no places. The building stands on the outskirts of the city center. Entrance is strictly by pass. Not to arrive, not to get there, not to go in, not to get up, etc.
The building itself is comfortable, there is a global coffee on the ground floor.
There is practically nowhere to eat nearby.
