We were in Kail at the end of May. I liked everything very much. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the bed linen was changed every day, the floors were not washed. The hotel is small, mostly for the elderly. For a quiet relaxing holiday, it's fine, there is no animation and entertainment for children, it was not critical for us, we needed a quiet rest. The pool is small, there is a slide - the children climbed there, there is also a small pool, just for kids. We are happy with the rest, there are disadvantages, but not critical, it was such a long-awaited vacation that we did not pay attention to the little things. The staff is polite, very fond of children.
I really liked the hotel. It was not an expensive choice, so there were no special hopes, but Kayla exceeded expectations! The food is varied. We've never been hungry. Grill every evening (meat, fish, chicken). It was a fish day, for dinner crayfish, crabs, rolls! Lots of salads and greens. The rooms are not big, they were cleaned every day. The beach is 5 minutes away, the beach itself is clean, the entrance is convenient. (the beach worker is probably a minus. He's really begging for tips, for a hammered umbrella....) there are Russian speakers at the reception, there were no problems. If we go back to Alanya, I will consider this hotel again!
The food is ordinary. The staff is very polite and pleasant, at 5*. The rooms are VERY tired. Everything is broken and shabby. It's clean, but the interior itself is already old and does not wash. The rest is excellent, the sea is nearby, the pool on the terrace of the restaurant and the bar have excellent service
