It should be understood that the hotel is 2*. It's quite decent for a 2-year-old. Nice houses/buildings, spacious rooms. The standard rooms in the building next to the reception on the 1st floor do not have balconies. In the second building, balconies are everywhere. We were unlucky, we were settled in 109 without a balcony, we asked to change, and our room was changed a day later. I had a chance to spend the night in the superior room, due to a blockage in the toilet on the 1st floor, everything is new in the superiors. There is no hair dryer, kettle and safe in the standards (I repeat, this is 2*). Overall, I liked the hotel. The beach is worse than klong prao, there are rocks, but if you swim with a mask, it's more of a plus. The mattress was comfortable, the shower cabin, and the air conditioner, although old, worked better than the new one in the super suite. The breakfasts are simpler compared to 3, but everything is delicious. There is no swimming pool in the hotel, and there is no beach with sun loungers either. But we all knew that. We took the hotel because of the elephants and the new location for us. The staff is responsive, all requests are fulfilled with lightning speed. The hotel is very good for 2*.
I like this place. Convenient location, elephants are taken swimming regularly. We haven't been here for 10 years. During this time, new buildings were built, the reception changed, and they promised to build a swimming pool in a year. Let's see!
