We were in early September 2019. I liked the hotel very much, it is conveniently located, the sea is nearby, a good beach, the food is super, the rooms are good, there is animation. Everything you need for recreation is there, including for small children, but I did not see a separate children's kitchen.
The hotel is located across the street from the coast. To the sea) 1 minute walk along the park past the fountains! There are 2 swimming pools in the courtyard of the hotel, one has slides that work according to schedule. However, the winter schedule begins on November 1 and the slides do not work.
The food is delicious and varied.
The rooms are cleaned cleanly.
Mostly Germans stayed at the hotel with me. Of the staff, only the animator spoke Russian, she was also a consultant for the winter.
I had a rest in November 2020, 9 nights, the food is varied, the room is standard, the furniture is quite normal, the staff is friendly, if there is an opportunity, I will come again!
A city hotel, three buildings, a small territory, a good swimming pool, split systems in the rooms. The staff does not speak Russian at all, they cheat upon check-in, they say that there are no available rooms and it is unknown when the reserved room will be available, maybe in a day, maybe in two, they are trying to rip off money or you will get a "wonderful room" with a narrow bed or with a view of the trash. The safe is paid, sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are paid. There is practically no animation. The hotel is aimed at lazy foreigners who lie and drink by the pool all day. By the way, they occupy the sun beds near it at 7 am. There are three slides that work by the hour. The pool itself is open from 9 to 18, but at 17-30 the staff begins to chase vacationers from the sun beds. The hammam is paid, contrary to the stated information, I did not get from the hotel guide whether there is a sauna, but in any case it is also paid. The kitchen is not bad, they cook well and in a variety of ways - this is a plus. Alcohol is like everywhere else - dry wine, beer and what's stronger, imported alcohol and cocktails for a fee. Tea and coffee will have to be brought from the lobby bar in the main building. Turkish coffee, yes, again for a fee, only instant burda from the vending machine is free. The location is picturesque, Cleopatra beach is through a narrow path and a park, a couple of minutes walk. There is a cable car nearby that takes tourists up the mountain, the view of the city, the sea and the port is stunning. For the ascent and descent, 28 liras from the bow. In general, think for yourself, decide for yourself.
Advantages: Convenient location; good food
Cons: Old furniture; staff does not speak or understand Russian (although this is already rare in Turkey); the Internet is very bad, animation is practically absent.
I liked the beach and the sea. Clean and beautiful. The food is modest, but tasty for both adults and children. Plus, you can bring your own drinks and food to the room and restaurant.
I didn't like the pillows and the coffee. Not really at all.

The declared sauna, hammam is not available. There is no heated pool. There is no animation. Fix the stated and then everything will be fine, together with the location, food, service! And in general, a good place for a relaxing holiday.
Nice hotel, solid 4. Rooms are cleaned every day. However, they don't speak Russian☝🏻The food is good. Good location of the hotel!!! Everything is nearby. In general, a normal decent hotel.
Convenient location! The cable car is 2 minutes away, the beach is gorgeous through a park with fountains. All shops and a large market are nearby. For a 4 star hotel, the rate is excellent
Only Germans. The room stock is very old. The most ordinary hotel. Activiti is very boring. It's basically the same thing every night. There is absolutely nothing for young people to do in the hotel. It is quite suitable for pensioners.
