A very decent hotel. Perfect cleanliness. They are well fed, the freshest products, meat, fish of several types every day. Of the disadvantages, the room is very small and the bed is small. But everything is cozy, well renovated. The most wonderful thing is that everything is close, Cleopatra beach is a stone's throw away, shops, port, bazaar, museum are nearby. The staff is friendly. There is no animation.

We rested from July 1 to July 10, 2024. the hotel is excellent, the rooms are small, but the furniture is new, air conditioning, kettle in the room,cleanliness everywhere, the food is very tasty, varied.The staff is trying, well done.The sea is nearby.There is a place to go in both directions, a park, an embankment,a funicular, a cave are all nearby, if you climb a little higher, you can go shopping.I really liked this hotel, if we go again, then definitely here!

A good hotel in a good location. Modern, recently renovated rooms with a competent layout. Excellent individual air conditioners (split systems). Quiet and efficient with the ability to fine tune. Good beds, mattresses, bed linen and towels. Bright lighting in the rooms (which is rare for Turkey). Good elevators. Excellent cuisine for a 4* hotel. Some rooms have views of the sea and the fortress. Very close to Cleopatra beach, cable car, cave. The main contingent is Germans. And they carefully choose the price/quality criterion. Cats and birds drink from the pool - so the cleaning system and filters are modern. Of the minuses: a small area surrounded by houses. No beach towels! Bedspreads (they are blankets) made of synthetics. On the website of the Island, the photos of the hotel are old. In fact, the buildings and rooms have already been renovated in a modern style.

We had a rest at the hotel in October. I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean and cozy. There was a hairdryer in the room. The staff is polite. The food was very tasty. Special thanks to the pastry chefs for the cakes and rose petal jam. The sea is very close. I want to come back here again.
For some reason, it is difficult to find this hotel in the search engines of tour operators.
I thank the staff and managers of the hotel for their care and our excellent stay.

Vacationed with my wife and child in October 2023. We liked the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, you crossed the road and you're at the sea. On the territory of the hotel were only for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Therefore, I can't tell you about the pool and the rest. We stayed in room 3052, this is the far building. The room is relatively newly renovated, cozy, had 2 beds, one double and one single. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed every day. The staff is quite polite, courteous. Lunches and dinners were somewhat inconvenient in time, I would have moved an hour or two ahead. If we are in Alanya, we will definitely come back here.

Great hotel, delicious food, cozy new rooms after renovation.
Upon check-in, I came across a room with a broken air conditioner.
The reception changed the room to a little more, as it was necessary to be on the same floor with friends.
Very nice workers. They communicate in a mixture of German and English. they will always come to the rescue.
We had a vacation with children, and Turkey is a paradise for children from Russia. They simply adore children there, carry them in their arms and allow absolutely everything. The hotel staff simply adored our children. And of course it is very pleasant and comfortable

We had a vacation back in 2022. Of all the city's 4, this is one of the best options in terms of comfort, food, and location. Everything is great. The relationship between the guests who came from different countries is very adequate. People came to rest, which they do.

This hotel has one of the most convenient locations. Near the funicular, the beach across the street, the central street. Ataturk in 5 min. with a calm step. Nearby there is a Migros and a huge number of large and small shops, cafes and restaurants.

The overall impression of the hotel is that it corresponds more to 3* rather than 4*. During the stay, many questions arose about the concept, it is quite peculiar. For example, bottled water is given only once upon arrival, this is one bottle of 1.5 liters and two of 0.5 liters each.

We had a rest in July 2023. The hotel is very cozy, freshly renovated, the rooms are good, we have a standard triple room, very spacious. The food is good and varied (meat, fish of several types), seafood on Tuesdays. The beach is within walking distance, the sea is warm, but "stormy", the bottom is sand and slabs (you have to be careful here, you can get hurt). Mostly Europeans are vacationing. Nearby there is a lift to the Alanya fortress, the Dalmatash cave, a picturesque embankment, many shops.

We were given a new number. The hotel is mostly German, and there are only German channels on TV, but we didn't watch TV. The territory of the hotel is not large. The pool is also not big, the deck chairs are occupied in the morning, the Germans put towels on them and leave, but this did not bother us, we swam in the sea. Free of alcohol whiskey, rakia, gin, vodka, beer. The beach is a small pebble, it is very pleasant to walk on it. The sea is really turquoise, clean, I don't want to leave the water. I do not advise you to choose a vacation if you do not want to spoil it.We stayed at this hotel in June and July.We went to Alanya to live near relatives.Therefore, we looked at the hotels by their location-Cleopatra Beach.We chose it only because of this and the good reviews of the latter.But the hotel is not worth the money and absolutely.There are advantages, of course.This is what the renovation has done this winter season, the rooms are fresh.The food is good for a 4* and a city hotel.That's where the advantages ended.There is no beach of its own.All beaches are municipal, without a hotel bar, sun beds and umbrellas are paid, anyone can go there.The beach is across the street.The hotel is not on the first line.The staff is arrogant, the only Russian-speaking and non-client-oriented employee is guest relief, who is just responsible for respecting the interests of the guests-Victoria.But the hotel does not need customers, by modern standards there is no service, a kind of petty, small in territory and infrastructure, which was given 4 * for money, obviously only 3 * is worthy and then you can give it for location and repair.Therefore, no, this is not a normal 4* and not all inclusive in the usual Turkish sense.From alcohol, local wine and diluted beer, crayfish, whiskey-I haven't tried it.The gin is strong.Cocktails for 8-9 euros.The maximum here is to take breakfast and leave the hotel for a walk.Modest, small, there is a swimming pool and a couple of slides, a few sun beds-in the same place as the dining room.And once again, unassuming tourists may come in.But his main problem is the staff.If you do not communicate with anyone and without special expectations, then it will go.Nearby there is a lift to the Alanya fortress, cafes, shops, a museum, etc.

On the last day of rest, they are not allowed to take anything with them from breakfast (although we pay for the whole day of rest). Ice cream is paid, but not included in the all-inclusive package. Of the advantages: located near Cleopatra beach, a bunch of cafes around, booked from Moscow by E-mail. They paid with cash upon check-in, gave the number they wanted.
Cons: there is NO sound insulation (door, walls, windows)! generally. The food (all inclusive) is the worst of all visits to Turkey. There is a feeling in the room that some of the furniture has been taken out, there is a place for a sofa / armchairs, but there are none... There was a large balcony overlooking the sea, but it was not comfortable to sit on plastic chairs.

It's a terrible hotel, I don't recommend it. The food is so-so, there is little choice. The coffee is disgusting. They save on everything, mostly pensioners from Europe live. There are cats everywhere and the smell of their excrement. The bathrooms are very small, I'm skinny. 56 kg, but even I was cramped. 1x1 is real. I can't imagine how obese people fit in there. It hasn't been repaired for a long time. The gym is a bench and 2 old-fashioned model of a simulator and dumbbells, it is stuffy, Fumes from cigarettes and from the road miraculously in the gym in concentration. The food is poor, there is nothing to choose.

A good Turkish 4ka. We rested from 09/21/2020 to 10/5/2020, since it was a substitute hotel and another change in vacation dates, we decided to have a full rest. The food was good, the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff is friendly, they do not understand Russian, and it was clear, since the hotel is focused on Germans, but all the responsive ones are ready to help with all questions. The pool was interesting to us in the break between the sea, we sat with my husband drinking beer sometimes and even went downhill. We spent more time at sea, especially the beach is a couple of minutes from the hotel, the only thing in the water is almost everywhere plates, the first day we skinned our feet, then got used to it and went in neatly or in sandals.
