On the plus side: the location of the hotel is excellent, the city center, everything is close. There is a small swimming pool inside the hotel.

Of the cons: the food is the same every day, a lot of greens (tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, dill and fox lettuce). Stewed peppers, salted cheese (like chechil), then soy sausages and sausages..sometimes chicken (breast), and once in 7 days they gave fish (boiled like ivasi). It's simple, what you haven't finished in the morning will be served in a different form in the evening))). Side dishes: rice, bulgur and pasta. In short, we periodically ate at cafes or bought food and alcohol at the MIGROS supermarket (prices bite).

We were with my wife in September 2024. The location is the best you can think of - both central and quiet. The rooms are old, repairs are needed, the food is Ala sanatorium - there is no choice of dishes, it is cooked simply but everything is delicious. The staff is young and wonderful. To the rented beach is a 25-minute walk to the very beginning of Kemer (Panorama beach), to the public - 10 minutes. I recommend it for party-goers who only play outside the hotel and for people over 45 years old and above, there is nothing to do with children here.

For 11 days of rest at the hotel in September 2024, there was always chicken and several times mutton. There was never a fish.
Every day, only plums were given from fruits, until I asked for a watermelon.
The rooms have old furniture and plumbing, but everything worked. But the room itself is dimly lit by one light bulb and there is no fresh whitewash on the walls.

We recently arrived from the Kaftans Hotel. We rested for a couple of 10 days from September 3 to September 13. The rooms, and we looked at three of them, are in an ugly state, air conditioners are not working well in many, there is practically no cleaning. Even upon check-in, the floor was dirty and there was trash under the beds. Cleaning is done rarely and only for show. The furniture is old, all broken. The mirror in the bathroom is black around the edges, as if it was brought from a garbage dump and hung here, even the tulle curtain was torn! There are rooms without a balcony. We were offered a better room, but under the roof and in it the air conditioner practically did not work, and on the street 35gr. It was simply impossible to be there. In general, the hotel has air conditioning only in the rooms, keep this in mind. There is no hot water in the evening after 10-11h. Only liquid soap is available from soap and soap. Rooms and cleaning are the biggest disadvantage of this hotel. The lobby and the dining room are also hot and stuffy. Fans are being saved in the dining room. The lobby is a small nook, but there is free Wi-Fi. The food is the simplest, but we had enough. There is only chicken and giblets from meat, but sometimes there is not even that, only soy cutlets. (But we brought our sausage with us in a vacuum package. Fortunately, there is a refrigerator in the room, and it worked!) During our vacation, there were no fish at all. But delicious vegetables, olives, rice, potatoes, bulgur, fruits. Often vegetables, chicken or minced meat are cooked on the grill, too, delicious) there are no queues, there is always enough food. A cooler, coffee machine and tea are freely available all day. From alcoholic beer, dry wine from bottles (it does not always happen), liqueurs. There are no strong drinks at all, if anyone needs them, take them with you. Alcohol is expensive there. There was live music on Thursdays, everyone danced together, I liked it. The beach is very good from the hotel, they take you on schedule, but the bus is almost always crowded. Of course, it's uncomfortable to drive, but only five minutes. But the sea is wonderful, clean, warm, transparent. The city beaches are 10-15 minutes away by walking. In general, the location of the hotel is excellent, in the center, on a quiet street, everything is nearby. Kemer itself was also very pleasant, pines, palm trees, so green, the purest sea, majestic mountains, gorgeous views, walked everywhere, went on excursions. We had a great rest, we liked everything except the rooms and the problems with the air conditioning. The hotel is of course a very budget urban three-piece. I will refrain from recommending it.

Good location, I took a minus for food, of course you will not stay hungry, but eating eggs every morning is something, no yogurt, no butter, nothing, for lunch and dinner one type of meat dish (chicken at best, there was no fish, meat too) and three side dishes: rice, chickpeas and pasta is always cold. And a minus for cleaning, which is not at all. Towels are not changed.Don't expect any miracle at the bar, three sodas and a beer. I don't drink beer, but the guests said it was zero. This is my opinion and if you got a free ticket to this hotel, you can visit it, there are many food shops and cafes nearby where to eat.

We had a rest a week ago (July 2024).
Everything is really included. The staff goes to meet any requests. There is a buffet, a swimming pool, a bar, a beach with a bus (5-7 minutes away), musical evenings on Saturdays. The location is the very center (ideal for party goers and just lovers of walking). It's simple, it's not suitable for holiday lovers with claims. There was a repair, but like this). The food is simple, there is a lot of batva, there is no meat. But there is cheaper wine, beer, cola, coffee, etc. in unlimited quantities.
In general, the level is solid 3, even 3+)
The price/quality ratio is 5. I recommend. P S . the beach is great.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024 for a week. This is our first trip to Turkey, I can't compare it with anything else. I will describe what happened, and choose this hotel or not, decide for yourself.

The staff are great, they do what they can, more questions to the hotel management. The rooms are old, you can upgrade the furniture, TVs, air conditioners, plumbing. There was hot water in our room, but the neighbors complained about its absence. After contacting the reception, everything was sorted out, it seems. When you take a shower, the water overflows its banks, and stands all over the bathroom floor. It's weird.
Meal. They didn't fight for it, there was enough of it (people from other hotels just said on the beach that they fought for food at breakfast), but it was monotonous, chicken meat, once there was fish, some semi-finished products, by the end of the rest I wanted a normal meal, but all this can be solved by going to cafes, fortunately, there are a lot of them nearby

I didn't like the fact that the rooms are very dirty and there is a lot of dust. The hotel is on the 3rd floor. There is no cleaning, only on the 5th day they cleaned somehow, and then I had to remind them for 3 days. Only the towels and the bedspread were changed, but there were no sheets. The towels are all stained, they are being changed to the same ones. The food is monotonous every day, but you can eat. For a 3* normal hotel, there is nothing bad to say. The food is quite decent, in sufficient quantity. The location is good, the white tower is 130 meters away. The staff is friendly. Wi-Fi is free, but only in the lobby.

We rested July-August 2023. The air conditioning in room 406 did not work, the TV (small with CRT) did not work well, the door to the balcony did not close. A week later, we managed to move to another room 413.
The Internet is only at the reception, but there is an open area and it is very stuffy, almost always, the speed is normal if there are not many people. If there are few people, then I caught them in some parts of the restaurant. There is no Internet in the rooms.
Territory: it is difficult to call the place around the pool a territory, the size of which is so small that I will not call it a pool, as well as a garden, a place where there are several children's exercise machines, and even regularly mercilessly spilled in the morning, as a result, the mud dries up before lunch, then dries up.
Nutrition: you will not starve to death, but there are no simple things, for example butter, margarine instead, and honey, apparently the RRH & R network does not like it.
Bar: this is the fattest minus. wine, beer and some liqueurs from which they try to make cocktails. I don't know how to make cocktails without strong ingredients. The coffee machine is separate from the bar, the coffee is normal, but the machine regularly changes the volume being poured. Once there were three portions in a cup. Tea is simply brewed in a saucepan with two taps, tea comes from one, water comes from the other, sometimes similar to pale tea.
The sea: it is really close, but the beach of the hotel (sandy, good) is very far away, they take you by bus, if on foot, then at least 30 minutes in the heat.
Location: the very center, from the window No. 406, the White Tower was visible, as in the palm of your hand. There are many shops and cafes around. In the A-101 store, do not buy ayran in a blue cup, you will get hooked on it, you will miss it at home.

Going to three stars, we understood where we were going, but a lot of good reviews, of course, played a big role in getting there. We arrived at 12 a.m., and it turned out that there were no empty or cleaned rooms. There are two left, and they are not ready. But it's not scary, we'll wait, they'll clean it up, we thought, but as it turned out later at night, the cleaning staff did not work, and they just changed the linen and left clean towels, that's all. The room was given with two beds, not one. And so we went to bed in a dirty room, and I realized that it was not really possible to sleep, since the mattress had died before I was born, most likely. Every spring was felt, and thank you, the next day they changed it to a mattress a little better, unfortunately. Room cleaning is on request at the reception, otherwise it will not be cleaned. It's not very convenient to be honest. The audibility is quite strong in the room, also a minus. The doors overlook the restaurant, where people often sat and talked late into the night, the acoustics were gorgeous, it was difficult to sleep. The furniture is old, falling apart at a glance. There were bare wires hanging over the bed for non-working lamps, it was amazing how the current did not shock. The plumbing was ancient, but the water pressure was very pleasing. We didn't swim in the pool, it's clear that there is no bar. Plastic cups were washed there by dipping into water and that's all.. Sadness, of course. And it was very infuriating that there was no ban on eating in their dining room in swimsuits, and in wet ones, because the chairs are fabric, soft, and after such people go find dry clean chairs, it's not very pleasant. The recreation area is very small, the Internet is only there, it works so-so. And it's difficult to stay there, because the doors are open and there is a smoking area right there, there is nothing to breathe with. The food was normal, it was delicious, fish, meat. Thanks to the cook. There are almost no desserts, there are not bad cakes for dinner, but there are so few of them that 5-10 minutes after the start of dinner everything is sorted, and no one gets them who comes later. The price is not small for the hotel. Therefore, these moments were still upsetting. The bus takes you to the sea a couple of times a day, we didn't go back, because the bus is clogged to such an extent that atas. We walked, 30 minutes, useful) but if you want a sea vacation, you go to the first line.
