I would give this hotel a 4.5 rating! The location is as convenient as possible, as it is the city center and all historical attractions are within walking distance. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The hotel itself is neat, not dirty, the room is cleaned every day. There is a nice little communal terrace outside where you can sit and drink tea on a rocker or smoke (for smokers). The dining room is located on the top floor, where a beautiful view opens - this is one of the biggest advantages of the hotel; the breakfasts are monotonous and with a small assortment, but the most basic is available: coffee/ tea, eggs/ scrambled eggs, fruits and vegetables, porridges. The only negative is the smoke from smoking on the ground floor, but it just so happened since we lived on the first floor. Otherwise, the hotel is as pleasant, good and comfortable as possible!
We went in March 2025. The location of the hotel is convenient. There are many cafes, restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets around. Sultanahmet Square, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia are also nearby. Everything around the hotel is beautiful, clean, and peaceful in the evening. Despite the low noise insulation, we did not notice any unnecessary noises and sounds, we slept well. The room itself is tiny, but that's okay. We got a view of another hotel (non-smoking) on the third floor. One administrator speaks Russian well, others poorly, but you can explain yourself. Everyone speaks excellent English. There were two single beds in our room, so we had to move them side by side. On the trail. One day we had our mattresses replaced with a double one. The shower was leaking, but it wasn't a problem. The closet was empty, and three or four hangers could barely stand the clothes. The safe was not used, although it was. The dining room is located on the fourth floor. The hotel has an elevator by the way. There is a beautiful view of the city, the Bosphorus, the Sea of Marmara. The food is normal: omelets, sausages, sausages, cheese, even olivier salad and much more every day. The baking changed sometimes. There was sweet stuff too. Tea, coffee, juices. We cleaned the room every day. We tipped 10-20 lire. The water bottles were given only on the day of arrival. They didn't give me any more, which was a minus, I had to buy every day in stores so that at least some drinking water would be in the room. Then, when I got used to it, I started going upstairs to the dining room and taking water from the cooler there. Overall, we liked the hotel. I recommend you to take a closer look, especially if you are visiting Istanbul for the first time or are interested in the old city.
It was in early April 2025. A very nice, small, but very cozy hotel in the center of Istanbul. There is an elevator in the hotel. The location is excellent, it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the Blue Mosque, and from there to other museums and even to the bazaar in 20 minutes. The hotel room is small but quite cozy, there is a mini fridge, a safe, an air conditioner with a convenient control panel, a mirror, a hairdryer and other pleasant little things. The room is cleaned every day, it's clean enough. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is not sagging, there was an extra blanket in the closet in case it was cool, but Candeille works on heat and there is heating, it was not cold. The breakfasts are very good compared to other hotels of the 3⭐️ category, which was important enough for me. Breakfasts were held from 8 to 10 a.m. on the 4th floor with a stunning view of the Bosphorus, where you could see not only ships but sometimes dolphins splashing! Very nice, friendly and caring staff, there are Russian speakers, which is also a big plus.

A lovely hotel in the historic district. 5 minutes to the square and the main attractions. A small, cozy hotel. Small, clean, cozy rooms. Our room was on the second floor. Cheap cabin, gel, shampoo, soap, and balm were replenished daily. True for 2 (I was with my daughter for 15 years) there was only one set per day. We had enough, we had our own more. The towels are clean. They changed. We cleaned daily, although we didn't ask for it, and we were only there for 3 nights. The beds were made. Downstairs, we were met at the reception by the guys who speak Russian! That's great! We are ready to help at any time, to advise, to tell where to go, where to exchange currency. A lovely veranda where you can drink tea. On the 4th floor there is a panoramic view of the sea, there is breakfast. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious, everything is fresh. Replenished. You can take as much as you eat. Clean dishes. The juices are adjustable, but it's the same everywhere. There are really garbage cans near the hotel. Our room had windows facing the other side. It didn't stink at all! We came to spend the night, it was quiet at night. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is no kettle. The internet is free and worked great. The channels on the TV are all local.
We are very happy with everything!!! The transfer was apparently provided by the hotel. This is of course luxury)))) We were driving with my daughter together in a beautiful car. You're welcome, no one took a single ruble. If you leave the hotel and go to the right, you will get to the square. If you exit the hotel and go down to the left, go out onto the embankment. There is a tram on the square, a park and bazaars nearby. Also go to the seven hill hotel on the roof. Feed the seagulls, the view is great.
We are very satisfied, we will definitely return there!!!!
An excellent hotel in the historical heart of the city, there are a lot of attractions nearby, so if you plan to walk, you can see the blue Mosque, basilica cisterns, Gulhane and others. The hotel itself is very cozy, excellent breakfasts and friendly staff, there is also a mini garden 🪴
great location, great transfer from and to the airport, friendly kind staff and stunning views on the terrace during breakfast. And now about the cons, terribly small rooms, tired furniture and interior, I saw cockroaches in the shower a couple of times, there is no European television
They were in April 2024. Clear. Cleaning every day. The food is normal (breakfast), excellent by local standards. When booking, the price was lower than that of the neighbors.
Beautiful view from the roof where the breakfasts are held (photo attached)
The hotel is great. The location is ideal - it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to all the main attractions at a regular pace. The room was always clean, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel never ran out. Breakfast takes place with a great view of the Bosphorus and the Marmara Sea, which is very fascinating.
Special thanks to the friendly staff and the guy at the reception who speaks Russian well and helped us with any questions :)
A great hotel for its price. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the main attractions. There are a lot of repair shops and shops around. The port is a 20-minute walk away. The only negative is the size of the room and the air conditioning, which stopped working on the last day. There is always coffee, tea and water on the terrace. The breakfasts overlooking the sea are not bad.
A wonderful hotel. The room is clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and friendly. The breakfasts are delicious. There is a beautiful garden where you can sit and drink coffee in the evening. The hotel has a convenient location. There is a laundry room next to the hotel. All the sights are within walking distance!
A great, cozy hotel in the popular Fatih district, there are many attractions nearby, and a very convenient T1 tram runs nearby. View of the Bosphorus from the cafe where breakfast is held (also very nice by the way). The rooms are clean, though small. For 5 nights they gave away 19,000 at the end of November👍
The hotel is located in the very center of the old town, in a very picturesque place, close to the main attractions. The hotel itself is small but cozy, the staff is friendly.
A very nice hotel. The main attractions are very close. Clean, cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not expensive rooms. And take into account the location and all the other advantages. So just one of the best options)))
